On holiday support

If you’re on one of our package holidays, we’re here if you need us. There are a couple of options for how you can get in touch with our On Holiday Support team, 24/7.

 

  • Chat with us – to get started, login to your account or simply view your booking. You’ll find the option to launch a chat with our team in the bottom right hand corner of your booking page.
  • Phone us – we’re available on +44 (0) 330 123 5025 whenever you need us. Please have your seven digit easyJet holidays booking reference ready. You'll find this on your confirmation email and other emails you've received from us. Please be aware there may be higher call charges when phoning the UK from some countries using your UK network.
  • Internet call us – you can now call us for free using your Wi-Fi. To get started, login to your account or simply view your booking. You’ll find the option to internet call us in the bottom right hand corner of your booking page. 

If you have a transfer included as part of your holiday, you'll either receive a text message from us with your return transfer details or you’ll see the details on the 72 hours to go email we send out just before your holiday, which explains that your departure pick up details will be ready on an online portal 24 hours before your flight home. So, if you're not yet within 24 hours of flying home, you can check back again closer to that time.
