Where we display TripAdvisor hotel ratings and reviews through our website and app, these are gathered on TripAdvisor, an independent third-party platform. These reviews are independent and are not influenced or managed by easyJet holidays.

Where we display our ‘Feefo’ rating, this is based on feedback on our booking experience. easyJet holidays uses a closed-invite only review system managed by Feefo.
