Best Price Guarantee

Found the same holiday for less? We’ll beat it!

We guarantee to beat the price if you find the same holiday cheaper on another competitor’s website after booking your easyJet holiday.

We’ll apply a credit to your online easyJet holidays account of the difference between our price and the cheaper price, plus we’ll give you £5 additional credit per person (excluding infants/free children).

The "same holiday" means one that:

  • Is publicly available on another package organiser’s own website at the time you wish to book with us or within 24 hours after booking with us.
  • Includes the same easyJet flights (airports, dates and times).
  • Offers an identical standard of accommodation at the same resort/hotel and on the same board basis and room type.
  • Includes transfers (where the easyJet package holiday includes transfers).
  • Includes 23kg baggage allowance/per person.

To claim under the Best Price Guarantee you can submit a claim through our easy to use form. 

You will need to include screen print from the website which contains the cheaper holiday.   You will need to submit this within 24 hours of making your easyJet holidays booking.

We will review the claim and if we accept it, we will credit the easyJet holidays account of the lead name who made the booking, within 14 days of your claim.  

Credit on your account will be valid to use subject to our Credit on Account terms and conditions.  This means credit will be available for 12 months (travel can take place beyond this time) and you can use the credit towards payment of your final holiday balance or put it towards a future holiday with us.

Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • prices offered at high-street travel agents,
  • any company that is not both a member of ABTA and ATOL protected,
  • travel agents selling the same easyJet package holiday that you are booking with us,
  • specially negotiated prices/discounts, or use of discount/promotional codes or offers not advertised publicly on the website of the package holiday organiser.
  • prices we deem to be inaccurate.

The Best Price Guarantee may be changed, withdrawn or availability restricted for any reason, without notice.

Where a booking qualifies for the Best Price Guarantee and a credit is applied to your account, the credit will no longer be valid and will be removed from your account (or from any booking the credit is applied to), if the booking qualifying for the credit is cancelled by you before travel is completed.  Any other booking to which credit was applied and is subsequently removed leaving an outstanding balance to be paid, must be paid by other means to avoid cancellation.

Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of the Best Price Guarantee promotion to obtain easyJet holidays credit may result in the booking/credit being cancelled with no refund issued.
