Found the same holiday for less? We’ll beat it!

We guarantee to beat the price if you find the same holiday cheaper with another holiday company after booking your easyJet holiday.

We’ll apply a discount to the price of your easyJet holidays booking of the difference between our price and the cheaper price, plus we’ll give you € / CHF 5 additional discount per person (excluding infants/free children).

The "same holiday" means one that:

  • Is publicly available with another holiday company at the time you book with us or within 24 hours after booking with us.
  • Includes the same easyJet flights (airports, dates and times).
  • Offers identical accommodation at the same resort/hotel and on the same board basis and room type.
  • Includes the same number and ages of customers on the same booking.
  • Includes transfers (of the same type – i.e., shared or private transfers, where the easyJet package holiday includes transfers).
  • Includes the same baggage (whether that is 23kg checked-in hold luggage, a large cabin bag or small cabin bag)

To claim under the Best Price Guarantee you can submit a claim through our easy to use form.

You will need to include screen print from the website which contains the cheaper holiday. You will need to submit this within 24 hours of making your easyJet holidays booking.

We will review the claim and if we accept it, we will discount your easyJet holidays booking, within 14 days of your claim.  If you have only paid a deposit, your final balance will be reduced by the discounted amount.  If you have paid in full, we will refund the discounted amount to the card used when making your most recent payment (unless your payment was made using easyJet holidays credit on account, in which case a further credit will be issued). 

Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • any company that does not protect the booking as a package holiday,
  • holidays based on non-refundable rooms (unless the room bookable with easyJet holidays is displayed as non-refundable),or room types with different names/descriptions (such as rooms described as “promo” rooms or similar - unless the room bookable with easyJet holidays if of an identical name/description)
  • specially negotiated prices/discounts, or use of discount/promotional codes or offers not advertised publicly on the website of the package holiday organiser.
  • prices we deem to be inaccurate.

The Best Price Guarantee may be changed, withdrawn or availability restricted for any reason, without notice.

Where a booking qualifying for the Best Price Guarantee is subsequently amended in any way, the discount will not be valid or carried over to the amended booking.  Any difference in price between the current (discounted) holiday and the amended holiday will need to be paid in full.

Any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of the Best Price Guarantee promotion to obtain easyJet holidays credit may result in the booking/credit being cancelled with no refund issued.
