Frequently asked questions about holiday credit

Holiday credit is a credit on your easyJet holidays account. You can use it online towards paying for your next dream getaway, or the balance of an existing easyJet holidays booking. Make sure to read our credit terms for further details. Terms and conditions apply.

1. Make sure you’re logged into your easyJet holidays account and start browsing for your next holiday. Once you’ve found the trip you’d like to book and have reached the payment page, you’ll be able to use your credit as payment towards your holiday. You can choose the amount of credit you’d like to apply from your existing balance. 2. If you’ve got an existing easyJet holiday booking, you can use your online credit to pay towards your outstanding balance. Simply login to your account and view your booking as normal, and when you’re on the balance payment screen, select the amount of credit you’d like to use. Make sure to pay your balance by 60 days before your departure date!

Your easyJet holidays credit automatically expires 12 months from the date it was issued. This expiry is the date by which the credit needs to be used, although the holiday can still be beyond this date. You can see when your credit expires above when viewing your credit.
