"We have had an amazing time staying @ Kenzi Rose Garden. The staff were awesome, catering to our every need, ensuring we were happy. The entertainment team were exceptional..special mention to Rachid, Siham (who was our great DJ for both nights) and Ibrahim. We are definitely coming back to stay longer next time. "This is really a very good hotel where we stayed for five nights in October 2025. Check in: we were early, but were still able to check in 90 minutes early. The reception staff were very helpful as was the concierge. Room: was lovely. Deluxe twin with a garden view. A nice surprise was that the beds were three quarter beds rather than singles. The room was cleaned daily, and towels replaced daily. Bottled water daily, too. Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Bars: very good service from the staff. Attentive. Friendly. Restaurants: all three were excellent. Unlike some other reviewers, I felt there was a wide and excellent choice for breakfast, and also the buffet dinner range in the evening. Again, service was good, and certainly in the buffet restaurant, tables were cleared speedily, and food topped up promptly. It struck us as very well run. Pool area/gardens: again, good service, well cared for, a pleasure to be in. In conclusion, I cannot praise the hotel enough. I hope to come back to it in 2026."
