Le Meridien N'Fis

"Very disappointing stay and far below the standards I expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. While Marrakech itself was wonderful, my experience at Le Méridien N'Fis Marrakech was frustrating from both a facilities and service perspective. The most obvious issue was the ongoing construction work on-site. Although the noise was not constant every day, there were several occasions during my stay when construction activities created noticeable disturbance. More importantly, the construction was highly visible throughout the property and negatively affected the overall resort atmosphere. The hotel's fitness center was closed, and the gym equipment had been relocated outdoors near the swimming pool. Given the extreme Marrakech heat, this was not a practical or comfortable alternative and significantly reduced the value of the facilities advertised by the hotel. Service levels were also disappointing. I had to request drinking water three times before receiving it. And I have to ask for additional drinking water every day in my entire stay for 6 nights. The hair conditioner in my room was empty from the first day until check-out and was never replenished. Body lotion used up but never replenished. Housekeeping staff frequently spoke loudly in the corridors or on their phones, disturbing guests trying to rest. One day in morning time, I had lazy morning on my bed and housekeeping try to enter my room without knocking or ringing bell to ask permission. Breakfast service lacked attentiveness, with staff often chatting among themselves rather than focusing on guest needs. On one occasion, I even had to carry my own plate to the omelet station while staff members were standing nearby talking. The room amenities were also below expectation, including worn and torn towels that should have been replaced long ago. Most concerning were the billing mistakes. Breakfast charges were posted to my folio despite breakfast being included in my reservation, and I also found bar charges that I never incurred. Had I not carefully reviewed my bill before departure, I would have been incorrectly charged. Overall, this stay did not reflect the quality, service standards, or attention to detail that guests expect from the Marriott brand. Management should focus on improving guest communication regarding construction, staff training, maintenance standards, and billing accuracy. I would not choose this hotel again in its current condition."

"I very much enjoyed my six-night stay at the end of July and first of August 2026 in the beautiful Marrakech Le Meridien N’Fis Hotel. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and at home every day of my stay and housekeeping so diligently and kindly cleaned my room each day. I appreciate good housekeeping service, which I received at the Le Meridien N’Fis Hotel. I had a comfortable room and bed, enjoyed the large outdoor pool, and felt at peace in the lovely and expansive hotel gardens. The delicious breakfast and food service in the executive lounge always pleased me and I had exceptional meals in the Arda restaurant on-site. On a couple of mornings, a guitarist and drummer even provided music for breakfast, which I liked a lot!"

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding professionalism and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team made us feel valued from the very beginning. We stayed in Room 384, which was immaculate, beautifully renovated, and maintained to an exceptional standard. The attention to detail throughout the room reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest comfort. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the Housekeeping Team for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The restaurant staff delivered excellent service, and every meal we enjoyed was delicious and prepared to a very high standard. My appreciation also goes to the pool team for their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to maintaining such a clean and relaxing environment. What impressed me the most was the people. It is evident that the hotel’s management invests heavily in recruiting, training, and developing its staff. Their professionalism, positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist guests created an experience that exceeded our expectations. During this trip to Marrakech, I also stayed at another five-star hotel. Without mentioning its name, I can honestly say that the level of professionalism, organization, service quality, and staff expertise I experienced here was noticeably superior. That speaks volumes about the standards and leadership of this hotel. This trip was shared with my wife, my daughter, and our friends, and we reserved two rooms. Every one of us left with the same impression: outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, and a team that truly cares about its guests. My sincere thanks go to the hotel’s management for creating such a remarkable experience and for building such an outstanding team. I also wish to thank the Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Pool teams, as well as everyone working behind the scenes who contributed to making our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and world-class service. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Marrakech"
