"We did not stay at this hotel but booked a couples hammam and massage here. It was excellent. Very clean, lovely surroundings, great massage and exfoliation! We received precise instructions on how to find the Riad. We were met by (I presume) the owner who explained the service we would receive. Fatima was the lady who washed and exfoliated us. She didn’t speak English but that wasn’t an issue. After the hammam we had a fantastic massage in a lovely tranquil room. Afterwards we were served mint tea in the lobby. Fantastic experience."

"Stayed at this lovely Riad in April as part of a 7 day trip in Morocco, we had 3 nights here and it was fabulous from the moment we arrived we were all made very welcome by Olivier and the team. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. We spent time in the afternoons sat on the roof terrace, with a glass of wine and stunning views over the old city. The location is perfect for exploring, everything you want to see is a stroll away. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for a great time John & Alison"

"We spent an absolutely wonderful time in Riad Al Ksar and Spa Marrakech in early January - 2-7/01/2026. I know, this is a late review but better later than never. And these people do deserve all our gratitude! First, the spa! This was seriously good! I so regret I read all those horrible and absolutely unjustified reviews before and decided not to use it. And so happy I changed my mind on the last evening. This was the best massage I have had in the last few years. I asked for a firm type, and Ilham, the masseuse, worked very hard following all my issues and requirements, despite the late hours (the day was fully booked and they took me outside their normal working hours). The hammam was delivered by Fatima. She was very attentive and caring. When I felt uncomfortable to lie on the stone, she put some pillows under my head. Again, if you’re uncomfortable with something, you just have to tell her, and she’s ok with that. Also, you can ask for additional towels. Don’t consider it as bad service. This is a different country with different culture and customs. Just tell people what you want (or explain with signs) and they are very happy to assist. Treat them as equals and they will reply very warmly. The staff in the hotel. Fatimaezehra looked after us during breakfast. I think the hotel manger should do their best to keep this young woman. She was very nice and caring. The person who easily put a smile on your face in the morning. What else do you need to start a day? And finally, Damien. The manager looking after us during the start. So professional and good! Always checked whether everything is alright. We want to thank all these people from the bottom of our hearts. And if we decide to come back to Marrakesh again to further explore the country, we will definitely stay in this little and very busy Riad. And I don’t need to say anything about the location because it is perfect, within walking distance to all main attractions."
