Go out and party
Kardamena is a party town and a great place for a night out. Most of the action is on the aptly named Bar Street, but after midnight the seafront and harbour bars are packed with party animals.
Visit Nisyros Island
An hour-long boat ride over the turquoise sea will get you to Nisyros Island. Its picture-perfect capital, Mandraki, is full of whitewashed houses with colourful doors, and it makes for a serene lunch spot.
Have fun on the sea
Kardamena’s beaches are fun and lively places, with pedalos, jet skis and more available to hire. You can even try fishing from the beach if you like.
