"Hotel was ideal for what we needed. Not far from all of the facilities and nightlife. Very clean place, hotel staff are exceptional and nothing was too much to ask, to make our stay utterly enjoyable, from check in to check out. Once the rest of the quays development is complete, this will only serve to make the hotel walk into the city even more enjoyable. Spot on place that we’d recommend to anyone."

"We stayed here with our dog, and it was a wonderful experience. There was a good sized bed for him along with some treats in the room and we were able to have a lovely meal in the restaurant with him by our side. It was a great example of how easy pet friendly accommodation can be. The hotel itself is modern, clean, with a good layout and accessible from town. The rooms aren't massive but have everything you need and no noise could he heard from adjoining room. The car park over the road is handy and secure (discount available when checking out). The staff were all lovely, and interested to meet the dog which really makes you feel welcome. Every staff member we interacted with was well trained on their job, professional, and helped to create a nice atmosphere is the hotel. Thank you, and will definitely be back."

"I stayed at the AC Marriott Belfast for a week on business and am due to check back in again next week. It was an excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel’s location is superb, right on the waterfront, and provides an ideal setting to unwind after a long day. Before arriving, I called ahead to enquire about room availability and spoke with Rhys on reception. He was exceptionally welcoming and professional, confirmed that a room was available, and, when I arrived after an early start, even remembered our conversation. Later in the week, he also arranged for my company’s twin room booking to be changed to a double room, which was greatly appreciated and handled with complete efficiency. His customer service was outstanding. One evening, after returning quite late from watching some of the World Cup, I was looked after by Nick. He was professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly. We had a very pleasant conversation at the bar, and he prepared an excellent club sandwich. It was exactly the kind of attentive service one hopes for after a long day. The real standout at the hotel, however, is Billy. Every morning he greets guests with the warmest Irish smile, and his warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality make you feel completely at home, particularly when travelling on business. He always seems to know when you have time for a conversation and when you are rushing off to work, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He is a tremendous credit to both the hotel and the Marriott brand. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and a real asset to the hotel. The gym facilities were more than adequate, and the views from the terrace at sunset are beautiful, making it an ideal place to relax after a busy day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am genuinely looking forward to returning next week. For anyone visiting Belfast, whether for business or leisure, I would strongly recommend the AC Marriott Belfast without hesitation."
