"We have not long got back after a 12 night stay here. This was our 3rd time coming here and its great. The staff are lovely, they created a welcome and lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the food, one of my boys has sensory issues and he even managed ok having one of his safe foods available most of the time. The rooms are good enough to sleep in, your mainly out and about the rest of the time, the free beach bus/port bus is fantastic. This year was the first year we made use of it and we wish we had done the previous year's the beach is lovely. The water park was good, handy having a few shops in walking distance. We always watched our belongings and had no problems, this would be the same concept anywhere always watch your belongings in public, we love the choice of pools. I agree with others, its better to judge your own experience rather then others. Our room and communal areas were kept clean and tidy We enjoyed our family holiday here and made some great memories and would come back here."

"Me and my family came here for a 10 day holiday in the end of July and beginning of August, it has been our favourite holiday EVER! This is the type of resort that will give you memories that will last a lifetime. The staff is amazing and they always make sure we have the a smile on our faces. The bartenders were very good and always tried to give you a laugh while waiting for drinks, the bartenders Jacobo, Aniah, Alfonso, Ahmed and Sebas definitely need a shoutout because them especially were always making us feel welcomed and making our night so much better! The entertainment team was phenomenal and the entertainment each night was amazing, There was not a single night we thought we could skip the entertainment, The kids disco and foam party was very good for the younger children and the entertainment at the pools during the day was also great! There was Bingo which had big cash prices which everybody had fun playing and every night people were singing along to the songs. There was never a time in the day where you could feel bored as there is so much to do in the resort! There were so many pools spread out across the resort and even a lazy river! There is a ball riding experience in the Circus area after bingo which is super fun for a family challenge! There was Crazy golf, Tennis and Ping pong which had a deposit of 10 euros which is amazing because normally you would have to pay! The weather was amazing as we went in the middle of summer and the pools were a lovely temperature to cool you down in the heat The rooms were great with amazing views, on one side of the Saturno hotel there is an amazing view of the lake and on the other side there is a great view of the water park! A lot of people complained that the rooms were too cramped but we found it fine and it was not a problem. They were also extremely clean and the cleaners do very good jobs every time they come. The rooms had AC and the TVs were in English. They had a free safe in every room which is very surprising as normally you have to pay, the WiFi was good in most of the hotel There was a very good atmosphere especially during the evening cause the circus stage and Saturno stage was always full with guests dancing to the amazing entertainment every single night. The location was beautiful, it was a 15 minute walk to the beach or a short ride in the FREE Club Mac beach bus that dropped you off right on the beach, the bus driver was also funny and was great. It was a massive beach with bright yellow sand and clear waters with lots of fish swimming around, it was the best beach we have ever been to! There was so much space on beach even during the most popular time of year, If you walk around the beach to the cove there is paddle boarding and more, that area is also a perfect place to find crabs and snorkel, we found so many cool fish from the clear waters! There is also so many shops just along the beach. The old town was a short 30 minute walk from the hotel and the town hosts a massive market every Tuesday and Sunday. There is also a smaller market inside the hotel every evening which does lots of different products. There is a Lidl on the way to the beach so if you run out of something it’s a quick and easy way to restock. It gets quite loud during the evening entertainment but we found that fine as it’s just people singing along to the songs and enjoying their holiday, the corridors were never really loud at night which was great because all you want to do after a long great day is rest! Everybody is so friendly and even some of the guests were talking to us about how great the holiday is! The food is amazing and there is a wide range of food choices every night as it swaps themes daily, you never get bored of it and there was never a single meal we didn’t like, In our opinion the Jupiter buffet was the best so make sure you stop there on your trip because it’s the biggest and offers the most range of foods! The two chefs Mario and Juan who do the eggs and pancakes every morning in the Jupiter buffet were so friendly and always had a laugh with you while they were making more eggs/pancakes, they both made sure you would have a smile on your face even if you were waiting in a queue for them. In every buffet the staff are amazing and always make sure you’re having the best experience. The food is definitely the best we have had in holiday. The adults bar and kids bar queues go down extremely quick due to the amazing bartenders! Their is a kids bar for the children to go up and gets ice creams, soft drinks and more! If you ever got bored from food inside the hotel there is a Burger King across the road. Around the lake there was so much to eat, they had quesadillas, pizzas, burgers and ice cream which was all delicious! So if you ever want a change from the normal lunch definitely head to one of these! There was also some fun activities to do around the lake such as a few rides, park, outside gym, and a doctor fish station. There was a train that went around the lake and a few small cars for children to hire to drive around the lake. No matter where you are in the hotel there is always something to do! There are also pedalos that you can ride across the lake which is even free before 1pm! Next to the lake there is a lighten up water fountains that everyone plays in at night The mascots Mackey and Misha were great fun and was always making the younger kids laugh during their entertainment. The waterpark was brilliant as there was free access, all the rides were super fun and none of them were boring. There was also a wave machine which was so fun. There was big queues but if you can get fast past you barely have to wait anytime to go on and it’s a great experience with lots of memories to be made! Overall this is definitely the best holiday we have ever had and every single member of staff was amazing and made us feel welcome during our 10 days! The location was amazing and the onsite shop was great for anything you forgot to bring especially for the pools! The noise was good and it was very clean with good rooms, there was even a mini arcade in each hotel for even more entertainment during the days, Normally claw machines are very rigged but here we could get a lot from them which was great! The beach was the best and you can not go wrong with this holiday! There are lots of mosquitoes around the lake but on most holidays you will see them anyway so if you prepare you will be fine! In our opinion this is a 5/5 hotel and I think it really should be 4 stars! This is definitely a top place to go if you are on a holiday with family or friends, Me, My mum, My nan, My cousins, My aunt, My uncle and my grandad all had the best holiday here which just shows its amazing for all ages! the waterpark makes it even better and you can never get bored in this resort so this is a great place to come if you can, I would like to give one last thank you for my grandad who paid for the best holiday ever at Club Mac 2026"

"Hey Folks , Just got back from a Fab week at Club Mac . Just a few thoughts Hotel - Hotel was great , we stopped in Jupiter in a premium room which unless your spending the whole week in , was more than enough for me and my son and daughter . The balcony as mentioned before is small but it's not something the resort will change any time soon so it was fine . Pools /Waterpark We spent most of our time around the pool opposite the lake and even at 10/11am found sun beds towards the back which was fine although I do think some of them need an overhaul . My only gripe around the pool was that some kids were literally just left their to their own devices and subsequently had a few whistles blown at them by the life guards . Its one of them and that can be anywhere you go The water park was ace and having the advantage of going back and forth from the park to the hotel for food really worked - We did go to the spa just outside the resort for bottles of water and stored them in the lockers all day . READ THIS - ITS HOT ON THOSE TILES !!!!!!!! please be mindful when heading up to the slides and leaving your flip-flops/sliders at the bottom . Did see a few kids in tears as it was that hot on their feet , but did see some just carry their shoes with them on the slides . Life hack from my son - turn them upside down with the sole facing up if you leave them anywhere , thank me later . Food - Plenty of choice even for a fussy 14 year old , most times during the day we were at the food trucks (love the pizza and quesadilla ones) or lake burger and the snack bar open between 10pm and 12am is a nice touch - Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner and don't worry about losing your table as your are directed to a table when you enter and given a reserved plastic type cone to put on which you return to the host when you leave . Entertainment - Although my two are a little older for the clubs , there was always something happening around the pool and the night time entertainment was spot on . What was more entertaining was the swarms of people who would leave in disgust after not winning anything on the bingo before the nights show/cabaret would start 😂 That's bingo for you folks !! One thing I do have a gripe about here is the circus bar I think this is something the hotel need to resolve fairly quickly . You have two areas to go for entertainment on the night time , the Circus stage and the Saturno stage . All but one night we went to the Circus stage for the shows . There is normally a massive queue of people waiting for the bar to open then for about 20 to 30 mins when it does open , you get one person behind the bar before another 3 come along a little later. This just causes massive queues and doesn't really recover for some time . On the other hand , the Saturno stage had its own bar and the kids bar adjacent which are both open during the evening and the queues are managed and quicker. There's more footfall through the circus bar and the logic doesn't stack up - I will leave this bit in my trip advisor review for the resort hopefully to pick up . Anything Else - The new garden bar is fine , but if it's exclusively for premium guests and we all come at the same time , where's the seating ?? Make use of the free bus during the day and to the port on the nighttime . It was a great holiday , and really had a good time . Would I stop again ? Yes absolutely but we tend to move on to new places but definitely recommend . I did get caught up in the last day/ all inclusive fiasco but dealing with that privately and doesn't need further comment from me as its got enough traction on social media Anyway ,Happy Holidays 💙😎 See less"
