hub by Premier Inn Edinburgh Royal Mile

"Location is fairly convenient although its not exactly on the royal mile street. However room is extremely compact and small. It was impossible to fully open my luggage thus i have to work with it on the bed. Understand that hub is another version that is meant to be compact, but for the price, it really didn't feel like its worth it"

"We have stayed at numerous Premier Inns and haven't been able to fault them, as we arrived at the Hub in Edinburgh everything seemed fine, the check in was great and the communal areas were as we expected. However the room was pretty disgusting. Tiles loose and cracked in the bathroom, the chair was unusable as it was covered in horrific looking stains and the carpet seemed to be beyond cleaning. We wiped out feet on the way out. We will never stay in a Hub again and probably not stay in a Premier Inn either."

"We stayed 3 nights in two different standard rooms.and won't be back. The man who checked us in did not smile and appeared disinterested in us. .In both rooms the carpet were incredibly dirty, and the chair had stain marks on the seat. We took off the sign that said not to make up the roo but it wasn't made up.not sure what else we should have done. To end on a positive the staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and that area was kept clear and clean"
