"Firstly, the positive about this experience: -The staff is amazing and thoughtful and really kind and helpful thorough the stay. -The location is incredible, right on a side street off the strand, near Charring Cross and Embankment stations. We basically were able to walk everywhere quickly and not spend too much time on buses/underground which was incredible. -Beds were comfortable and slept very well overall -AC worked well -Nice to have a fully stocked kitchenette to store breakfast, snack and leftovers -Very quiet overall; some sounds now and then from the hall and rooms above us, but outside noise non-existent -Auto blackout curtains are a great touch; made sleeping in easy The things that are ok, but could be better: -There's no shared lounge area for guests, just a narrow lobby that the staff also works out of. It would be nice to have some more of a shared space, but understand that's not possible based on the location. -Not enough storage for clothing/toiletries/food; all the kitchen shelves/spaces are taken with items so there isn't anywere to put the food items we bought; it would have been good to have dedicated shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, and some more clothing specific shelving; but there was sufficient under bed storage where I put all my clothing which was great until I realized ("the bad" below) The bad: -We had bed bugs which I discovered about half-way through the stay. I had one big bug bite after the first night, but didn't realize that it was from a bed bug. I then proceeded to get about 6 bites overall on my arms, neck, hands. My friend discovered the actually bug and we shared with the hotel staff. The staff was super helpful and responded immediately with concern, offered to change our rooms, send all of our clothes to be washed/dry cleaned at the correct temperatures. The hotel staff was super apologetic; and went above and beyond to help where they could. -In our first room the in unit dishwasher was moldy/smelled terrible; I had to call down and request cleaning multiple times; so it was un-usuable and made the whole room smell bad"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Wilde Aparthotels. There is a front of house guy called Chris and he was one of the nicest persons on the desk. He was most obliging and helpful going out of his way to accommodate our every need. Yes he deserves the recognition. The only slight criticism is the shower it is very slippy and there is nowhere to hold onto. I would recommend that you put a rubber mat in case of a bad accident. Anyone could have a nasty fall. But apart from that loved the place absolutely spotless definitely recommend"

"Very convenient location in Covent Gardens in Westminster. Within walking distance to may London attarctions like Covenat Gard market, Victoria Embankment, Trafalgar square, Leicester Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Buckingham Palace and mush more. Situated on Adams Street off Strand there are multiple options to commute - the Bus, Train and the Tube. Rooms are compact and functional, clean and well lit and with large windows to sunlight. The Service is prompt and courteous. There is no inhouse laundry service. Laundry is organised off site on payment."
