"We had a nice stay at this hotel. A few changes could make this hotel amazing. I’ll get the negatives out of the way first. Evening - the evening entertainment is great, it’s done outside by the animation team, but the area is far too small for the amount of guests. People resort to dragging sunbeds up to the bar area so they have something to sit on. They really need to make this area bigger to accommodate everyone. Pool - the pool area is absolutely filthy. Didn’t see it get cleaned once in the 10 days we were there. There is dirt and grime everywhere. There were bits of food, paper straws, napkins under the sunbeds. They really need to employ someone to clean the pool area as this is where most people spend their time and it’s filthy. Lifeguards - At 10am the pool opens, so everyone dives in for a swim. Also at 10am the lifeguard goes round putting stickers on sunbeds if they are not occupied. The note says if you are not back in 15 minutes your things will be removed. We watched every day as the lifeguard walked round at 10.15 piling peoples towels, bags, flip flops, books, children’s toys, basically anything around your bed area into his trolly to make the sunbed available. I witnessed so many families coming out of the pool to other people on their sunbeds and their belongings completely gone. Now I’ve no problem with the lifeguard removing towels if they are just being used to reserve beds, however if your clothes and shoes are by the bed, surely that shows you’re in the pool? This made us all very anxious during our stay to leave our beds and would take turns in the pool. His next job was then to walk round the pool shouting at guests that their sunbeds were not in the right place and needed to be moved. The sunbeds however are still all over the bar area from the evening before , so you have to drag the bed to back to the pool area, to then get shouted at by the lifeguard who is so rude, that you’ve put your bed in the wrong place. They really need someone cleaning the pool area, returning the sunbeds to their correct place after use and only removing towels if they don’t have belongings on them. We thought we’d try the smaller pool after a few days to see if that was any better. I didn’t see any towels getting removed, but the lifeguard again was so rude, telling me I wasn’t close enough to my son in the pool, even thought he’s 7 and can swim. He kept shouting at me that we had to be ‘next to each other’. My son was having swimming races with his friend, so there I was, chasing him up and down the pool at the side of him just so he could play. Seemed a little ridiculous considering the lifeguard could see he could clearly swim, and I was in the water! You do have to be by the pool area for 7am to get a sunbed, but this didn’t bother us as we’re used to that anyway. Entertainment - animation team work so hard, there all so friendly, full of energy, really bringing the vibes to the hotel. Shows they put on in an evening are amazing. Food - we really enjoyed the food, different theme nights in each restaurant. Kids would have appreciated a few chicken nuggets, fish fingers at some point during the holiday but not really an issue. Pizza was unbelievable. Staff work so hard in the restaurants, didn’t have to wait long to be seated, could just do with some air con as the poor staff were wet through. We were in and out as quick as possible. Drinks - we really appreciated that you could get as many drinks as you wanted from the bar. There were 20 of us in our party, so a few of us were able to bring drinks back for the group. Most hotels limit 2 drinks per person so this would have been a nightmare for us. Rooms - spacious, clean, fresh towels daily, air con worked great and could leave it on all day, beds comfortable Hotel - has a beautiful smell when you walk into the hotel, it’s absolutely spotless, lots of water stations around the hotel, all staff friendly, helpful, only 2 lifts for 9 floors, and one was broke during our stay so had to wait a while for lifts but wasn’t a problem. Location - we only ventured out a couple of times but enough around the local area. Some lovely beaches nearby to walk to. Views from hotel are beautiful. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this hotel but I do hope the hotel takes the comments on board and makes the necessary changes to make this a fantastic hotel. It’s a shame the lifeguards and pool let it down."

"Just got back today so thought id review whilst it's all fresh😊 Ill start by saying im am extremely anxious traveller and I have high expectations and im extremely picky. But guys this hotel truly did not disappoint in any way. First off Food... I have a severe gluten intolerance. The chefs were amazing and couldn't do enough for me. They would make food specially for me and I could even order in advance and they would prepare it for me. There was a guest experience WhatsApp number where I could make orders and they would tell the chefs. If the chef didn't get the message somehow he would make something for me there and then. Or he would go down the line and let me know exactly which dishes I could eat that was already prepared. I never got sick at all. Food was all fully cooked and hot. No issues with food whatsoever apart from the fact it can get a little samey towards end of the week. But that wasn't an issue for me considering how much they looked after me. Drinks were all spot on. Not skimping on rubbish brands could tell they was all branded and not watered down. Room We booked my favourite club. Our room was ENORMOUS. Across 2 levels. Spotless. Came stocked with wine, beer, water and coke, fanta and sprite. Housekeeper refilled water everyday and we refilled the soft drinks from the my favourite club area. Air con was perfect and no issues whatsoever, just leave a card in the slot continuously. Perfectly adequate! All towels and beach towels provided along with gowns and slippers which was lovely. Staff The staff was all amazing and so friendly. The nicest hotel staff ive ever come across. Especially Rafaella! Who sorted out room decorations for my anniversary. Animation team 10/10 !!!! They was soooo full of happiness and energy!! So good with the kiddies too, i didn't bring my kids but was noticing they was so good with them. Entertainment I honestly never expected it to be so good. Bands with actual talent! They was amazing! Some days better than others but most was amazing. Grounds Everywhere was spotless, well thought out and straight forward after finding your bearings. Massages! 10/10 we had 3 and tried to book more but no more available for our last day 😢 when you get to check in id advise booking some in advance! The ladies was so sweet and accommodating. Transfer was about 50 mins via private taxi. My only slight negative was the lifts could take a while. Luckily for us we was on the 1st floor so we could easily take the stairs. I can imagine its more of an issue for those on high floors. But no issue for us. Balinese beds 10/10!!!! We booked it for 3 days. Bed number 5 gets good sun in the morning and nice shade in afternoon and can tie it all up when you want more shade and a breeze. €50 a day from 10.30 to 6pm. But well worth it especially when you dont want to fight for a lounger. Comes with a bottle of cava also. Sunbeds was taken by 6.30am. If you dont get up early you will not get one! No towels was removed that I witnessed. However if you are my favourite club you won't struggle as you have your own private area which has the best views and a lovely breeze!! You'll always find one in that section and its away from the noise and craziness. Pool was 10/10 no issues. I would recommend getting my favourite club. I would only book mfc if im to go back. It's a no brainer. Completely worth the extra money and it means you'll have a better time not stressing about Sunbeds and being able to stock up on drinks without standing at the bars each time. Big rooms and balconies. Just a better experience. Anyone worried please dont be! You'll have the best time!"

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it or consider it a 4-star hotel. One of the biggest issues was the lack of sunbeds. There were rarely enough available, and guests were reserving them from very early in the morning. The hotel’s own leaflet states that towels left on unattended sunbeds for more than 15 minutes will be removed, but this rule was not enforced at all. We struggled to find sunbeds after breakfast, even when we made the effort to go down early. It was frustrating to see so many beds reserved and left unattended while other guests had nowhere to sit. Our arrival was also disappointing. We arrived at around 5am after a long and delayed flight, tired and hungry, and were not offered any food or even a snack. Given the time of arrival and the circumstances, we would have appreciated some basic hospitality or at least being told where we could get something to eat. We were also not shown where our building was. There are two separate complexes, and the member of staff at reception simply gave us our room information without showing us where to go. As a result, we were left wandering around with our suitcases at 5am trying to find our building and room. The check-out arrangements were another major disappointment. Our coach was not until 7:45pm, while check-out was at 12pm, meaning we had around seven hours to wait. Once we checked out, our wristbands were removed and we were told that we no longer had access to the food and drinks, unless we paid extra to extend this for the day. Considering we were still at the hotel for another seven hours waiting for our transfer, we would have expected some courtesy to allow us to continue using the all-inclusive facilities until we left. Having to pay extra just to eat and drink during those final hours felt particularly disappointing. The food was okay overall, but a lot of the dishes were poorly cooked. I often ended up eating pizza and chips simply because they felt like the safest and most reliable options. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, I expected a better standard and more variety in terms of quality. The main positive for me was the sea view, which was lovely. However, personally, I feel this is one of the main things carrying the hotel’s 4-star rating. Aside from the views, I would not rate our experience as more than 3-star. Overall, there were too many small issues throughout our stay, particularly around the sunbeds, arrival experience, food and the lack of all-inclusive access after checkout. Unfortunately, these things really affected our experience, and I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others."
