I have never in my life encountered staff this irresponsible. Do not expect to receive any accountable service at this hotel. Honestly, if a hotel cannot take responsibility for the service it provides to its guests, there is no reason to stay here at all.
I stayed two nights and handed my laundry to the front desk on the afternoon of my check-in. I gave a clear instruction: “I don’t want to rush you, I just need it back before I check out.” My check-out time was the deadline, and the staff knew it. By check-out at 09:30 two days later, it still had not been returned. When I asked how this would be handled, staff told me the hotel would courier the clothes to me.
What followed was the real problem. I was later billed for shipping — processed as a “Lost & Found” item, as if I had carelessly forgotten my belongings. These were clothes I deliberately entrusted to the hotel for a service they failed to complete within a two-night stay.
The hotel insisted it had “followed policy” with next-day service. But I never asked for next-day delivery — I explicitly said I needed the laundry before check-out. And their own service terms state that laundry collected on the morning of the 20th should be returned the same day after 18:00, meaning I should have had it back the evening before check-out regardless.
When I disputed the charge, the explanations kept changing. One staff member said I had selected “next-day delivery” marked in red on the form. Another later admitted nothing was written on the form, and that the mark was made by staff on a phone. So the very option they blamed me for was, by their own account, selected by them — not me.
I did not receive my laundry, I was billed for the hotel’s failure, and I was treated as if the fault were mine. I would strongly caution other travelers against using any in-house service here."
