Iberostar Waves Bellevue

"Beautiful location with a wonderful garden, clean beautiful swimming pools and nice beach. We had a room in building 2, 5th floor. What dated, but very clean, hygiene is top. Large room with balcony and small bathroom. Shampoo and body lotion were great. The bed was a disaster, mattress with holes, pillows rock hard, and duvet smaller than the bed. There was 1 small elevator, far too little for this building. The restaurants were great, delicious and varied food, something for everyone. Excellent hygiene here too. The garden was beautiful, excellently maintained, and as a bonus, lots of birds and hedgehogs. The staff was friendly and the cleaning staff was great. Compliments for that."

"Bad experience at a famous chain hotel. The hotel sells rooms with a view of the garden, the courtyard, or the street, but after paying 270 euros a night, you might get a room with a view of a wall with a garden poster and a narrow sliver of light. When you go on a trip, you'll spend the whole day outside the hotel but don't expect to get any of food, the hotel not only doesn't put a breakfast box together but also doesn't allow you to take any food out of the dining room, even though you've paid for it. I'm listing the room numbers for you whose view is of the wall, although Iberotel hides this fact, it's definitely not a view of the inner courtyard: 2337,2338,2339, 2437, 2438, 2439, 2537, 2538, 2539."
