"Four star at a push more like 3 and a half. Be warned it’s not all incisive in the true sense.
Food
You only have acces to the restaurants at set times, breakfast 7:30am to 9:30, lunch 12:30 to 2:30pm and dinner 7:30pm to 9:30pm. If you are in late for lunch and dinner they clear down quickly. A decent enough selection and it does vary day to day, food quality is good - fresh and frequently turned over. The pizza restaurant was good and pizza was really well made.
Note: outside of these times, and at the bars you have to pay for food on offer (pizza slices, panini’s etc. In addition you have to pay for ice creams.
Drink
The only beer available is morretti (on tap) it was nice enough, any other beers are bottled and you will be charged extra for those. Wine is on tap a cold red, a cold white and a cold rose. Not great tbh and I couldn’t see any other wine available to purchases so these were the only options. Good enough selection of spirits, we had white and dark rum, whisky, lemon cello and amaretto which were all nice enough. These were all standard brands, higher end brands available but at a cost.
Pools
Note: towels for the pools not provided. We ended up using the room towels and they operate on an exchange basis so you get a fresh town in exchange for a used one. You can rent towels at a 20 euro deposit and a 3 euro charge per towel.
Good choices for pools, however loungers are difficult to come by unless you get in early and claim your spot. In addition we saw another guest try to leave a towel and go for breakfast only to be told that they were not allowed to do this. It didn’t happen to us as but just to flag.
Entertainment
Shows start at 10pm, we didn’t catch many but what we saw was good enough.
Shopping
A few nice little shops on site and a little mini mart that has essentials (sun cream, shampoo etc) suncream was 15 Euro from memory. Prices were ok, didn’t seem over the top.
Medical
Has a Dr on site, opens at 9am. My daughter got an ear infection and we where able to see the Dr first thing and obtain antibiotics, although you have to take the prescription to the reception and they phone it through to the pharmacy who then deliver it later in the day to reception.
Rooms, views and cleanliness
Beautiful views, really was lovely. Rooms where clean and well air conditioned, facilities and general area felt a little dated but was clean enough.
Do not use the lift, the electric drops out and you can get stuck in them. We saw this happen to other guests.
There are no irons or ironing boards on site, apparently if you plug an iron in the islands electricity fails.
TV mainly Italian shows maybe one English Channel, showers etc all fine toilets flush fine toilette roll replaced often."
