The reception experience was excellent, and the staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The housekeeping was generally good, but on one occasion a towel and the coffee mugs were not replaced. The sink in our room also had a drainage issue, which made it difficult for the water to drain properly. In addition, the pedal on the bin was broken and should be repaired or replaced. The shower floor also needs attention. The floor does not appear to be properly levelled, so after showering, water tends to collect and remain in one corner rather than draining away properly. This can be inconvenient and may eventually cause cleanliness or maintenance issues if not addressed. The lighting system in the room was quite confusing. It was particularly difficult to turn on all the bathroom lights, and we had to spend some time figuring out how the system worked. It would be worth reviewing the lighting controls and making them more straightforward and user-friendly. We appreciated the good selection of coffee and tea available in the room. However, there were only two tea sachets and a limited number of milk pots provided. It would be much better to have at least 4–5 tea/coffee sachets and enough milk pots, particularly when the room is occupied by more than one person. The hair conditioner bottles provided in the bathroom were also quite small, and it was very difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle. A slightly larger bottle or a more practical dispenser would make it much easier and more convenient for guests to use. Regarding breakfast, we felt that €15 per person per day was quite expensive considering that only a continental breakfast was available. We therefore decided not to have breakfast at the hotel. At this price, we would have expected a cooked breakfast option to be included as well, or at least a more extensive breakfast selection. Apart from these points, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The overall cleanliness was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The reception team in particular made a very positive impression. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would be happy to consider staying again. "

"Stayed a week with my brother in Hotel Vincci Palace in Valencia. The arrival was smooth and easy, we were in our rooms in no-time. When arriving in the room we were suprised with the fact that the request we put in for seperate beds went through. The room would have gotten five stars if there was a closet. There were some places to put clothes but after checking it was very dusty so I had to place my clothes on the chairs. The reception was very much to our liking because of the service. They always greeted us and were so kind to keep hold of our keycard when we went out in the night. They also let us know of an issue in another room, just to give us a heads up. When asking for a place to buy medicine and flip-flops, the staff was very attentive and helpful, even going out of their way to find a bucket to soak my foot in. Furthermore we went to this hotel because of the breakfast, and that did not dissappoint. There was a lot to choose from and all were nutritious. Last but not least, the location of the hotel. The location is very central and in between places you really want to visit. From the hotel, shops are a four-minute walk and almost everything is walkable (10-minute walk). I would definitely come back here if i went to Valencia again."

"So glad we booked this hotel, what a find! This is a charming place and only a five minute walk to the centre of the old town. The hotel was spotless and very well appointed. We found it to be a cool little oasis in the heart of the beautiful city of Valencia. Our room was modern, comfortable, clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous, we even had our own terrace. If I had one negative comment it would be a lack of storage for clothes but that would be my only criticism, I could certainly overlook that as everything else was spot on. The breakfast was a real treat with plenty of choice of hot and cold food catering for pretty much everyone. All the staff we encountered were delightful, very friendly and attentive, the reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend to others ."
