"We were in town as a family for medical care nearby. The hotel was perfectly located for that, as well as the parks. Service was absolutely lovely, the room was basic but clean (and a very good value), the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and breakfast was perfect - all the food you’d expect from a breakfast buffet but great quality and well presented. We’ll be back soon!"

"This Hotel exceeds all expectations! We booked the Kramer after reading all the great reviews and it did not disappoint. On arrival we had the best check in we have ever experienced, we were offered a welcome drink and the receptionist gave us a map and so much information about visiting the city where to go the easiest routes, the hidden gems - she was fantastic! We arrived in the last day of the Fallas festival and she guided us on the best streets, neighbourhoods to visit, which monuments had won awards this year so we felt armed with the info & ready to explore. Our room was on the third floor, we had a massive comfortable bed, modern bathroom with shower (no bath) kettle (which is a lifesaver for me, love a cuppa!) Breakfast was also very worth having, it was a continental buffet style - try the green detox drink, it’s delicious, there’s an option to order eggs, either fried, omelette or scrambled. I had mine with smoked salmon and avocado which was so nice. It’s not a traditional English breakfast, if that’s what you like but it is so nice & fresh. There’s also a help yourself coffee machine but if you ask they will make you a coffee which we preferred. It was our wedding anniversary & they even had a bottle of fizz in the room with a lovely hand written note. We also had a text to make sure everything was ok with the room. They have free hot drinks in the afternoon, I think it’s around 4pm -6pm but check at reception. We were there the last day so the room was noisy the first night as expected but after that there was little noise & we slept well. We hired bikes one day to ride around the park, they keep them on site so it’s so easy to do, the charge is €12 each for a full day they had a box on the back and a basket on the front. There’s a cycle path all around the park. The only downside of the hotels is that it’s not central so we walked a lot, but we also got Ubers which were very cheap and we bought a suma pass from the local Tabacco shop, we got 10 trips for about €7.50 we went all over, just tap it when you get on the bus and you can share it just tap more times. It’s such a great good value hotel you won’t be disappointed."
