Opera

"Me and my mother stayed at the hotel opera Madrid first round and first time for three nights in October 2026 . Every employee was very helpful and kind and caring. After we tried going to Seville with high speed train that morning , we found out that the 2 train on that path ( Madrid-Seville) had collided . We returned back to the hotel and two of the hotel employee at the front desk knew what was going on so they were super helpful and super kind and super caring. Their name is Mr. luis Miguel and Ms. noelia. They went above and beyond the call of duty , by getting us the great and super nice large room with great services . They did this to help us have a good time after this tragic incident with train that was affected the entire train schedule and our rest of our holiday schedule had changed due to this train incident at that time . They deserve a raise and praise by the owner of the hotel . They are a great asset to your hotel . They are such a great human both of this nice and beautiful employee of yours ( Noelia and luis Miguel) . Thank you so much from bottom of our heart to both Noelia and luis Miguel !!!"

"Spent 4 nights at Hotel Opera. Didn’t eat there - there are loads of restaurants and cafes within minutes. It’s very well located between the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. My only concerns were the curtains are very thin so I wouldn’t have wanted to be there when the sun is rising early, and the windows have unrestricted opening."

"We had a wonderfull family stay at Hotel Opera in Madrid this September! The rooms were spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night after long days of sightseeing. The location is an absolute dream, just an easy 5-minute walk from Callao Square, making it so easy to explore the best parts of the city on foot. What really stood out was the incredible service; the staff was so attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit, always ready with great recommendations. The overall atmosphere was extremely perfect for our family trip, and we could not have asked for a better base in Madrid. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Spain!"
