Ilunion Suites Madrid

"Our stay at Ilunion Suites Madrid has been excellent. From our arrival, the service received was top-notch. Both the room and the common areas are impeccable, offering great comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially highlight the great professionalism and kindness of the staff, always attentive and willing to help. In short, an excellent experience from start to finish. Without a doubt, it is a hotel that I would recommend and where I would stay again on a future visit to Madrid."

"Truly a beautiful hotel, well-maintained and very clean in both the common areas and the room. Quadruple room (king-size double bed + sofa bed) truly spacious; sofa bed in a room separate from the double bedroom with plenty of space, a desk area, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Large bathroom with a shower in the tub and toiletries that were always well-stocked and of excellent quality. On the floor, there is a water dispenser for fresh water and (if desired) hot or room-temperature water. Very spacious lobby, as is the breakfast room. Very varied breakfast with both sweet and savory options, and the staff (especially the dining room manager) were truly kind. They have a partner parking garage under the hotel (the only thing is we weren't notified at check-in/check-out and had to go back to get our ticket stamped). In a suburban area but close to restaurants and a supermarket. The subway is very close and Plaza del Sol can be reached in about half an hour with one subway transfer. Overall, I don't find any negative aspects, and if I return to Madrid, I think I will stay at this hotel again."

"We stayed here with an easyJet booking for 5 nights. I was generally impressed with the hotel. It was clean and well kept. The room was a good size for us, we had a 4 person room, with a good bedroom and spacious living room with 2 beds and a sofa. We found the breakfast to be very good, plenty of food and restocked well, though eggs being ordered was a slightly odd system. The location is great, literally a stones throw from the metro, with a McDonald's, a fantastic supermarket (and other bits) on the same street. It did lack any outdoor space, which I appreciate is a location thing, just a shame as some seats or a nice little courtyard to watch the world go by would be amazing! If your leaving early, as we were, I can recommend asking for a takeaway breakfast as they did us a nice little bag, which saw us through the airport. Possibly my only gripe, whilst I understand paying for a late checkout - we arrived quite a bit early and I was fully prepared to pop out luggage in a safe place and wait till the 2 o clock check in, the receptionist said your room is ready now (great), if you'd like it it'll be €20. I was kinda on the spot as we'd been travelling since early and were very ready for our room! I don't think I'd have minded if I was told early check in is available, it's €20, it's more the whole, your room is ready, so why not just let us in it?! Maybe this is just me?!"
