"Relaxia is a beautiful family hotel. Its facilities are amazing.
The pools and aqua park are fantastic. We really appreciated the heated pool as weather wasn't the best the last 2 days of our holiday but we were still able to use the heated pool with no problems. The lazy river and wave pool was a hit with my kids. I also really enjoyed it. My children didn't venture on the slides but they looked good and plenty kids of all ages on them.
The staff (all off them from cleaners, to bar staff, restaurant staff, life gaurds, grounds men and technicians, pool staff and entertainment staff and especially the receptionists) were all amazing and could not be more helpful. I will not name names as they were all as good as each other but especially receptionists and technicians. No matter too big or small for all of them. I would also say they all looked happy in there job and always smiling so obviously a nice place to work. My son always says that....they like their job , if they are happy and helpful!
We stayed in Relaxia style bungalow room 818. Absolutely beautiful. Would recommend that you book direct , and not through a third party to get the style bungalows as they are way nicer than the standard bungalows. They seem to be upgrading them all , with very little disruption to guests, I only realised on the last day that there was building work going on.
We liked the food. Give hotel 10/10 but food 8/10. Absolutely nothing wrong with it but kids did find it a bit repetitive. They do have different theme nights which were nice but we are vegetarians so I guess that didn't help the theme nights. But absolutely LOADS to eat even as vegetarians. All lovely. Just bit repetitive for us. But we ate out only one night just to break it up and was fine. Breakfast lovely. All u could ask for and lunch at aqua park was great to break it up. It was way better than I expected and from what I heard from others best all inclusive they had been to. (It was our first time doing AI)
The snack bar was great for snacks ice cream and drinks. I loved the AI cocktails and all the other drinks! Wasn't mad about the wine (but im fussy on wine) but rest amazing. The kids loved the tubs of ice-cream and the place was so safe you could just let them go to the snack bar for their drinks and ice-cream once they got their bearings.
The entertainment team! I dont know where they get their energy! They were amazing! Going all day. Getting people involved. The fire show was amazing and the quiz and karaoke great craic.
The crazy golf us in the middle of a revamp the games room was great for my son. The shop so handy and not at all overpriced like I thought it would be infact cheaper than the village.
5 min walk to lovely beach and few restaurants and shops. We ate in Aisa one night was very nice.
4 euro max taxi to playa blanca bout 25 min walk. Town is lovely and chilled.
We got bus to Peurto del Carmen one day and Accifie another. To bus station 4 euro in taxi. 3.30 e on bus. We also did ninja rooms. Was great craic. On far side of playa blanca, 7 euro in taxi.
There is a huge washer and dryer there. Didn't use washer but used dryer last night to dry swim wear. 6 euro. Open 24/7.
Rooms made up every day. Free safe and beach towels (change when wet)with relaxia style. Also bathrobes.
I dont know what else to say only that we really enjoyed our holiday and will defo come back some day. And thank you to all the lovely staff."
