H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

"We have just got home from THE BEST holiday we've had in a very long time. Our daughter Robyn cried in our taxi to the airport because she was so sad to leave. I will write a review of as many areas as I can as I really would encourage everyone to go to this hotel if visiting costa teguise Room: We were in a family suite. This consisted of a very big bed in the main bedroom and a sofa/sofa bed in the living room. My 9 year old did say the camp bed did feel a little hard but that's about personal preference, so she chose to sleep on the sofa itself. We swapped around and all slept well on the sofa (and slept very well on the beds too). Lots included in the room including two televisions (the English channels were a little hard to find initially BUT we found them in the end, not that we watched it much). There was also shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental kits, shaving kits, hairdryer (although personal preference i preferred my own). One thing to note is how clean everything is. Our room was cleaned daily and any towels we wanted changing were changed daily. We actually didn't make use of the free vouchers for pool towels that we got from reception but we thought they were a very nice touch. Food Food here was great! Found something new to eat every lunch and dinner time. Yes breakfast can be a bit samey BUT we just changed up which counter we went to and it didn't feel that way. Food was great in quality as well. Same can be said for the pool bar the food there is really good and always hot which is always a plus. Again have to note the cleanliness again, constant restocking, waiters wiping down surfaces or out with a plate removing food that may have fallen off the trays etc. Animation team This paragraph will probably be the longest because we had the most experiences here. We said to our daughter before we arrived she's getting older now she may not enjoy kids club shes welcome to not go etc. Well aside from sunday where no clubs run and friday morning as we wanted to go to the beach she actually asked to go every single session it was open. I have to give all the credit there to Diego. She instantly bonded with him and he is fantastic with children. Always crouched down to her level to talk to her, always greeted her with a smile. I will say I am one of those parents that did start looking for her round the hotel when she was at kids club and every time i looked she was always having fun. She was the most sad about leaving him so I really appreciated the amount of goodbyes he let her say to him haha. The rest of the staff I will say as much as Robyn didnt have as much interaction with the other staff members I felt were just as kind and friendly to all! I still think they are super human! one day for instance they ran the kids club, then did a halloween pool show, came back and did kids club again and then did the evening entertainment. Absolutely insane but you can just tell they love it. One thing i will also note i was very impressed by was they have a designated kids area right by the stage so kids can choose to sit there with members of the blue team while shows are on or they can sit around the outside with parents. Entertainment was great! watched every night it was on and was never disappointed (mcgerry gerard magician, grand show (blue team), Bubble man, Dreams come true) and also attended the white part on monday night and the halloween party on the saturday. Highlight for my daughter was the horror cave (apologies to Diego again for screaming in his face). Another shout out to Vera for being so readily available to answer questions about kids club and other general entertainment. She's so valuable to parents that just need that bit of reassurance. Just overall i dont have enough words to describe how much the blue team really made this holiday special. Thank you to all. Pool Pool was also a highlight. The tube slide in particular was a big hit. Yes pool is freezing when you first get in but as the weather was in the late 20s all of our holiday it was appreciated and soon didnt notice the temp. Also appreciated the slightly more heated pool around the other side. A few bits of both pools my 9 year old couldnt reach the floor but as she can swim that didnt matter. Location Yes locations great local to plenty of shops and beaches. Also close to the bus stop for rancho texas. Was a very easy taxi ride to and from the hotel also. Plenty of bars and restauraunts nearby as well as the aquarium and mini golf. Overall, my daughter told Diego we were coming back next year haha so I want to thank everyone at H10 for making a 9 year old very very happy and feel like she can be herself. For any parent as much as i love a good holiday to relax it does mean more to me that she had a good time. Lots of waffling there but yes highly recommend!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens: Our Second Visit, and Another Fantastic Holiday! We arrived at around 3pm on Tuesday 27th October, just in time for the hotel's Halloween celebrations, and what a week we had! We are a family of four: myself, my 4-year-old daughter, my Mum and my Auntie. We've previously stayed at H10 Rubicon Palace, H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens (now twice!) and H10 Princess, so we've had the opportunity to experience three different H10 hotels in Lanzarote. Out of the three, H10 Rubicon Palace is undoubtedly the most impressive in terms of the hotel itself and its facilities, but we felt it lacked when it came to children's entertainment and location. H10 Princess just didn't quite hit the mark for us. H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens, however, offers the best all-round experience for our family, which is exactly why we chose to return! 🎃 HALLOWEEN WEEK & THE ANIMATION TEAM I honestly cannot praise the animation team enough. The amount of effort, energy and enthusiasm they put into keeping both children and adults entertained throughout the week was incredible. There was always something happening, and they genuinely made the holiday special. Here's a little rundown of what we enjoyed during our stay: Tuesday 27th October We arrived to find a games fair taking place around the pool, with tattoo painting, mini golf, higher or lower card games, magic tricks and various other activities. There was something for everyone, and both children and adults seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves. The evening started with the Mini Disco, followed by the Animation Team's Hakuna Matata show. Every single child looked like they absolutely LOVED it! Wednesday Pumpkin decorating was organised for both children and adults. Everyone was given a pumpkin along with paints, scrap paper, glue, scissors and a knife to get creative. It was lovely seeing all the finished pumpkins proudly displayed in reception afterwards. In the evening, we had the usual Mini Disco followed by a magic show. My daughter even got the opportunity to join in, which made it extra special for her. A really enjoyable show! Thursday It was time for the usual Daisy Games around the pool! Fanta, Cola and Sprite, with the children taking their turn first, cheered on by everyone, before it was the parents' turn. Honestly, so funny to watch! Despite the Daisy Games taking place, the team also managed to organise a FOAM PARTY! What a fantastic afternoon! The animation team could even be seen clearing away the foam straight afterwards to help prevent anyone slipping. Those little details don't go unnoticed. The evening entertainment was a Mini Disco followed by a Grease and Mamma Mia mash-up show. Honestly, when do this team ever stop?! Friday Another Halloween-themed poolside show from the Animation Team, and once again, absolutely brilliant! The evening consisted of the Mini Disco followed by the full Halloween show. I know I keep repeating myself, but the amount of work these guys put in is phenomenal. Saturday: HALLOWEEN! My goodness, where do I even start?! The amount of time, planning and effort that went into making Halloween special for the children was incredible. There were Halloween crafts, trick-or-treating around the hotel, fancy dress, a horror tunnel and, of course, the Daisy Games! The evening was simply AMAZING. An outdoor Halloween Mini Disco followed by a huge poolside Halloween party, with a separate horror cave for children aged 9+. There was so much going on, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was clear how much the team wanted everyone to have a memorable Halloween. They absolutely delivered! Sunday Sunday was a little overcast, so we decided to venture out for a walk and visit the aquarium. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. The aquarium is less than a five-minute walk away, making it a really convenient little trip, especially with children. Back at the hotel, the evening entertainment consisted of the Mini Disco followed by the Bubble Clown. Monday We had more Daisy Games during the day, followed by an impromptu water-gun adventure around the hotel grounds, with everyone running around trying to blast members of the Animation Team! The evening was the White Party. This time, the Mini Disco was held outside at the pool bar, which I honestly think worked so much better! Rather than a traditional show afterwards, the team put on a White Party Disco. The DJ had both children and adults up dancing, singing and smiling throughout. It was such a lovely atmosphere and a brilliant way to finish our week. 🍹 FOOD, DRINKS & VALUE FOR MONEY We opted for half board as we generally only have breakfast and lunch at the hotel and prefer to head out for dinner in the evenings. The bar prices are very reasonable too. Three pints (and when I say pints, these were practically the size of my head!) came to just €13. For us, it offered really good value. ❤️ OUR FINAL THOUGHTS Having now stayed at three H10 hotels in Lanzarote, we feel H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens is the one that ticks the most boxes for our family. It might not be the biggest or most luxurious-looking hotel in the H10 collection, but what it offers in terms of location, family-friendly facilities, atmosphere and, most importantly, entertainment makes it stand out. A special mention has to go to the entire Animation Team, especially Diego, Xabi and Maria. You can see the effort they put in day after day, from the daytime activities to the evening shows and the extra events they organise. They are constantly on the go, engaging with guests and making sure everyone is included. Their enthusiasm really does make a difference. Most importantly, my 4-year-old daughter had the most wonderful time, and that's what matters most to us. We originally came here in 2024, and after experiencing the other H10 hotels, we deliberately chose to come back. I think that says everything! Would we recommend H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens? Absolutely! If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel where the children are entertained, the adults can enjoy themselves too, and there's always something happening, this is definitely worth considering. "We have just come back from the most amazing stay at the H10 Lanzarote Gardens, we went has a family of ten, check in was fantastic and very informative. The amazing entertainment team are so enthusiastic and made our holiday extra special, from the mini disco, nightly shows they go above and beyond, my granddaughters absolutely loved the kids clubs the team are amazing with the children, there is always something to do for adults and children to keep us entertained with different activities daily The hotel is very clean and the cleaners and grounds staff work so had to keep rooms and pools spotless, The atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely with staff been so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, Thank you so much for the amazing memories we have had with our grandchildren"
