"We paid around 3000 for 3 of us for 10 days all inclusive, i would not pay this again to go here
Rooms:
The rooms were very well cleaned, towels restocked often but they are WAY too small for 3 of us let alone 4 people, the beds take up most space and are right next to eachother, the bathroom had just a toilet then in the same room as the beds we had a sink and a shower, which was a huge issue as the shower kept flooding the entirety of the room, also didn't have any privacy for the 3 of us so it was a struggle, it feels more like these rooms are catered towards couples not entire families, if you plan on going here with 4 people don't bother. not much storsge in the room, one small closet for all 3 of us which was a struggle.
A hairdryer and shower amenities (body wash and shampoo) were provided which was nice
Also whilst the entertainment was on we could hear it quite loudly from the rooms which was annoying, also people shouting from the corridors coming into their rooms which we found annoying and woke us up a few times
Food:
The food was always a hit or miss, breakfast started off okay at the start however as we progressed more through the week it was wuit shocking, bacon was literally dripping when you picked it up with grease, the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing as they looked like they hadn't even been mixed, properly, and there were like 4 different options of sausages which was stupid because barely anyone even picked any of them, was a waste. Lunch was okay mostly, the snack bar was in my opinion amazing, they had good options of chicken nuggets toasties chips but there was no menu so we had to find out from other guests what they had, the wait for the snack bar was also diabolical sometimes too. And dinner was also a hit or miss, they had different themed foods each night, so like a mediterranean night, italian etc which was honestly not great, the diversity was fun but if your a picky eater be prepared to live off the pizza (the pizza is great) chips or pasta. but it was manageable for me. the dinner hall was also always very busy and loud no matter what time you went.
The bar:
The bar was okay and drinks were fine however the self serve soda drink machine was broken and still hasn't been fixed i believe which was annoying, but there is a water machine you can use to dispense cold water which was good, alcoholic drinks were sometimes too strong and poorly made
Staff:
Lifeguards didn't seem very useful, had kids jumping off the bridge into the pool and the lifeguard didn't care, too many kids also going down the slides at the same time and the lifeguard just wouldn't care, especially the slide with the big bowl thing in the middle, children would just sit in the middle for ages and when you went down you would crash into them, happened to me a few times.
Cleanliness:
Overall amazingly clean and the cleaners were also very kind
Area: Lloret De Mar isn't a bad area, we spent a few nights in the town; the walk down there was quite unappealing to the eye but the beach was lovely and the shops were somewhat decent, plenty of bars and stuff, we also went to the marine land which was 111 euros (ish) for 3 of us which was nice but unsure if it was very worth it as the food there was also expensive, dolphin show was great and decent options of slides there, would recommend with children
Atmosphere
the floor around the pool is always extremely slippy, a lot of people have slipped. The sun loungers were great quality but the umbrellas just weren't, and were broken a lot of the time.
Music is played around the pool which is nice, activities are okay but don't last very long, good for young children but everything else here isn't really.
Good spaces for sunbeds, however we are told you can't reserve the sun beds but people do it anyways and staff don't bother, seems to be a reoccurring poor attitude from the staff, they don't really care what you do aslong as it doesn't bother them which is unfortunate"
