"Nice clean hotel with lovely views. Resort-wise they have amenities but they're a little sad and rundown. The staff seem jaded, and the food is not exciting. They have a tendency to nickel and dime you-water is not provided at dinner, for example, they don't supply towels except for rent. Biograd is a lovely town but I wouldn't spend more than a day or two there."

"I have stayed in this hotel with mu wife for 3 days as there was a conference in a nearby hotel (Adriatic). The staff is Nice and helpful, but the rooms are rather dirty and not well renewed. We got also bathrobes/coats as they have pools and SPA, which we did not try, however slippers were not there, I Got only one, my wife none? The restaurant is Nice and breakfast excellent, however we have had bad experience as for two days there was also a group od around 150 Austrian turists - the hotel capacities and staff is not capable to well equiped to handle this. The restaurant was dirty and majority od food items were missing after this mass od people came to breakfast, horrible experience. In the evenings you May problems with sleeping, as these gropus bring also musicians and there can be quite noisy nights until 1 or 2 am, rather unpleasant if you are not fan of folklore music (Avsenik or similar) Check before you go there!"

"We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. The hotel is rated four stars, though the services are somewhat more modest compared to other four-star hotels in Croatia – but the lower price reflects that. First of all, big compliments for the food. The selection is excellent – there is fish and a wide variety of dishes, not just pizza (which is too often the case in Croatian hotels). The restaurant is very well organized; there are always free tables and you never have to wait in long queues. Food is constantly replenished. The only downside is the water and juice machine at breakfast, which is extremely slow and causes lines. At the very least, they could provide jugs of water on the side so we don’t have to wait just for water. The room was fairly small, but the bathroom was especially cramped, shaped in an awkward L, making it difficult to even dry off after a shower. During our five-night stay, the bathroom and room were never properly cleaned or vacuumed – housekeeping only emptied the bins, changed towels, and made the beds. That seemed a bit unusual for a four-star hotel. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were kind and helpful. However, a major drawback was the children’s animation in the neighboring Adriatic Hotel, where the mini club is located. While some animators were fine, two of them basically just sat there without engaging with the children. My daughter told me that the kids even asked them to play, but they refused. They also didn’t keep track of who was entering or leaving the playroom, so kids from the beach wandered in, jumping around wildly. Technically, children over four can be left there unattended, but in reality, the animators don’t watch over them and don’t even know who is inside – which makes it quite unsafe, like leaving a child alone on a public playground. As a result, parents end up sitting in the bar next to the playroom while their kids are inside. One day, my daughter fell and hit her head, and the animators didn’t even notice – they just kept sitting at the table. When I asked them if they do activities with the children, they told me no, that everyone just does what they want. So, this isn’t really animation – it’s just a playroom. There is a mini disco three times a week, which is nice, but apart from that there are no other organized activities for children."
