"Upon arrival, we noticed that the safe was locked and the light bulb in one of the bedside lamps was burnt out. We reported this to the reception immediately. We were told that housekeeping/maintenance would take care of both the next day. The next morning, we asked at the reception again when it would be repaired and mentioned that the shower rod was coming off the wall. And we were told that everything would be taken care of by housekeeping. When we returned to the room in the evening, nothing had been repaired and the room had not been tidied/cleaned. Upon further inquiry, we were told that everything would not be repaired until Monday and that housekeeping would only take place every two days. The only problem is, we have. Served on Sunday. No effort to help us. We could just pick up new towels at the front desk. The window in the bathroom could also not be locked, which brought the noise of the Ku'damm into the room at night. The rooms were showing their age and there was mold in the shower in the bathroom. The rest was relatively clean. The beds are very soft and saggy. The breakfast buffet and staff were okay. One experience is enough."

"I checked in this Hotel on the 4th of JUly 2026. I stayed for 3 days till the 7th July. The Hotel was not what I expected, but thought I am here for 3 days so it is ok. Then I had some commitments in Berlin, so we were out all day apart from breakfast which was Brilliant. I asked for a Kettle for my Room I was refused blankly. When I came in the Evening the Beds were not changed, no Towels were changed. We asked at the Reception and he said he does not know anything that is the Cleaners job. The Staff were not helpful at all. I would advise my friends and Family not to choose this Hotel.I did not get Value for what I paid and I am very disaapointed.No to bbok this Hotel for sure. The Location was far from where i had to go everyday . I had to get Taxis everyday and the Hotel staff was not ready to help at all. Very frustrating as the Drivers were finfing it Difficult to locate this Hotel. Only some Shops and eating place next door Subway where we ate in the evenings as the Hotel was not ready to Accodomate us. We only had Subway so no idea. Next Door Subway was convininent as we were tired everyday from our day in Berlin . Not Welcoming at all no one was there to ask if we were okay. Not at all there was no Atmosphere. Very dull and not Apealing. Some Welcome from the Reception or even to ask if we needed anything. No nothing at all. A Hello where have you come from . would you like something , even Water was not offered , the lady said there is a Machine for water you can use. .Very Humilated . I would not Recommend this hotel , but Berlin was ok . Only Lovely shops. Big Name shops Versage Loui Vittoni etc. No Cleanliness at all. Ok. "I booked specifically because the offer air conditioning and black out curtains. The black out curtains are simply not there, I was woken by the sun very early. The air conditioning is weak and felt like it turned off in the middle of the night. I would have booked elsewhere. Other than that, it's a well worn hotel. Housekeeping staff is absolutely lovely, but the desk staff is dismissive, as if they were doing me a favor instead of me paying them for their services. Location is great. Overall, I'll find somewhere else next time. Don't recommend."
