The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, changing throughout the day as different activities take place. Whether you are relaxing or joining in the entertainment, the hotel feels fun, relaxed and safe for guests of all ages.
The restaurant in this hotel is excellent, with friendly and attentive waiting staff who are always on hand to make sure all your needs are taken care of. There is a fantastic selection of food to suit everyone, with plenty of choice throughout the day. There is also a great variety of refreshments available, so you are never short of something to enjoy. You receive one à la carte visit per stay, which takes place at the beach bar in the evening. You can book your visit when you arrive by speaking to one of the waiters in the restaurant. The food here is very nice, and there is something really special about dining right on the beach in the evening. It has a lovely atmosphere and makes the experience feel that little bit more memorable.
The hotel has its own private beach and beach bar, serving food and drinks throughout the day, which is incredibly convenient when spending time at the beach with the children. It means the children can enjoy something to eat and drink without having to leave the beach, while still having plenty of time to play, have fun and make the most of their day by the sea.
A real highlight is the exceptional animation team. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable experience. Each day, they make a genuine effort to visit every area of the hotel, chat with guests, get to know them and make sure they are having a wonderful time. Their enthusiasm and care are evident, and they create an atmosphere that makes guests feel valued and included.
The staff are especially fantastic with children. They take the time to learn their names, engage with them warmly and make them feel truly special. Children are welcomed, included and encouraged to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, making this an excellent choice for families.
Overall, this hotel combines a superb location, excellent facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely caring staff. The animation team are outstanding and put tremendous effort into creating a fun, friendly and memorable holiday for every guest.
🔴 FOR PARENTS ANYONE COMING TO THIS HOTEL WOTH CHILDREN 🔴
As a parent I always want to know what is on offer for my children. This hotel definitely did not disappoint. The Mini Club is absolutely fantastic for children. There is always so much going on, with a huge variety of activities and something different to enjoy every day. From foam parties in the pool and pizza parties at the beach bar to face painting, arts and crafts, there really is something for every child to enjoy. Sarah, the children’s worker, is an incredibly professional, caring and dedicated lady who devotes so much of her time to the children. She is bilingual and is able to communicate with children from all different parts of the world making everyone feel included, comfortable and welcome. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her. I personally witnessed her staying late at the Mini Club because the children simply didn’t want to leave and she has even given up some of her own time on her day off for the children. Her dedication and passion for what she does is truly admirable. It is so obvious how much the children love being at the Mini Club and my own children absolutely thrived there. It was also lovely to see how much Sarah enjoys what she does and how happy she is around the children. Watching them all having such a wonderful time together was genuinely beautiful. As a parent, it also made me feel completely comfortable leaving my children at the Mini Club while I was able to relax by the pool, knowing they were safe, happy and being so well cared for.
There is also a Mini Disco every evening at 8:30pm, and this was such an amazing thing to watch. Children of all different ages get up on the stage and join in with the singing and dancing, and you can see just how much fun they are having. Sarah does such a wonderful job of keeping all the children entertained, included, safe and happy while they are on the stage with her. My children have already said they can’t wait to go back, and since coming home from our holiday one of the things they have specifically mentioned is how much they are looking forward to seeing Sarah again. I think that says everything about the wonderful impression she made on them. The Mini Club was a real highlight of our holiday, and Sarah deserves so much recognition for the care, energy, passion and dedication she gives to the children. She is a credit to the Mini Club and to the hotel, and we genuinely hope to see her again when we return."
