"I’ve just returned from a 7-night all-inclusive Star Prestige stay at this hotel and felt compelled to share our experience.
Travelling as a family of four with two grown-up children, we had a fantastic week overall. What stood out most was the genuinely warm service; truly second to none.
Service
Pros:
From check-in to housekeeping, bar staff, waiters, pool and entertainment teams—every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I had read reviews praising the service, but it genuinely exceeded expectations. The team works tirelessly, always with a smile, and consistently goes out of their way to make your stay special.
A special mention to Dali and Amile, who were exceptional, along with Tito, Yassine, Aladdin, Momo, Aymen and Imen. Truly 5★ service throughout.

Pools
Pros:
The pools were clean, warm and well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers, parasols and tables available. We appreciated the choice between a livelier main pool with music and a quieter pool for relaxation.
The Star Prestige area was particularly lovely; peaceful, with premium drinks and relaxing jacuzzi spaces (perfect with a cold prosecco!).
Cons:
The pool furniture is slightly dated. Also, smoking around the pool was quite prominent, something we’re less accustomed to in the UK.
Beach
Pros:
A beautiful white sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers and a nearby bar. Activities were plentiful and reasonably priced, we especially enjoyed the jet skis and parasailing. The photos from the water sports were a great (and affordable) addition.
The beach was also very well maintained, especially compared to others nearby.
We loved the Catamaran boat day and got an amazing surprise seeing the dolphins!

Food
Pros:
The food was outstanding. A wide variety was available daily, including fresh meat, poultry, fish, pasta, pizza, salads, local cuisine, fresh bread and an abundance of desserts.
Service in the restaurant was excellent, tables were cleared quickly and drinks topped up regularly. Dining on the terrace overlooking the sea was a highlight.
The Tunisian à la carte experience was fantastic, absolutely delicious.

Drinks
Pros:
Good selection of branded alcohol, soft drinks, cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and very good wine.
Cons:
Prosecco was only available in the Star Prestige areas—I would have preferred it to be offered across the main bars.
Public Areas
Pros:
Reception and bar areas were spotless and provided great spaces to relax, play games or unwind. Pool and main reception toilets were clean and well maintained.
Cons:
The toilets near the reception bar had a sewage smell throughout our stay.
Evening areas also had a lot of smoking, including shisha, which may be uncomfortable for some guests (particularly for those sensitive to smoke).
Entertainment
Pros:
Great daytime activities including mini golf, beach volleyball and Zumba. The entertainment team is energetic and engaging.
Evening highlights included the African dancers and the beach party - both excellent!!
Cons:
Outdoor entertainment lacked a proper stage, making it difficult to see. Overall, it felt slightly low budget, there is an opportunity to enhance this with better facilities and more structured evening activities.
Rooms
Pros:
We stayed in Star Prestige rooms 457 and 458. While a bit of a walk from reception, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Cons:
The bathroom design was not ideal—the glass walls (partially unfrosted) offer limited privacy, which was particularly challenging with family sharing.
There were also no irons or additional hangers provided (we came prepared based on reviews). We experienced a leaking shower which unfortunately wasn’t fully resolved during our stay.
Suggestions for Improvement
• Introduce designated smoking areas
• Enhance evening entertainment (e.g. quizzes, games, movie nights)
• Create a guest “sharing area” for items like books, toiletries or pool toys
• Address bathroom privacy design and maintenance issues
Overall:
A fantastic holiday with exceptional service that truly makes this hotel stand out. With a few improvements, particularly around facilities and smoking, this could easily be a perfect stay."
