The Sindbad Hotel

"Very good Service from all the staff, good food with different themes buffet on a half board. The dessert section is to die for. Les Voiliers restaurant was nice too for lunch ( amazing view). The beach was inviting with clear water and warm for mid October. Room is nice decorated with many place to hang your clothes. 10mn drive to Hammamet South and 5mn to Hammamet Fort if you need shopping. If you walk write 300mn on a main road is a kiosk with drinks and snacks as well as restaurants, bakeries... there is also a Clinic on your right side when something happens ( who knows). The hotel offers a Golf package at the Citrus ( 2x 18 Holes), we took the 3 days package....challenging! We are staying here for 10 nights and loving it. A special thank you to the best hotel Manager we have ever met Mr Ramsy."

"I never usually write reviews but thought I should on this occasion as i'm a coeliac and usually scour the reviews to see if anyone else has commented on their experiences! My partner and I booked this hotel as our first holiday and were honestly blown away. The staff were the friendlier than any other hotel I had come across, the suite was incredible and it was overall in a great location. There was never a struggle to get a sun lounger and being right on the beach topped it all! As for the restaurant, I am a coeliac and with this being my first holiday that wasn't self catering I was slightly wary. However, the chefs and hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was well fed for the week and that I was confident in what I was eating. Also a big thank you to Hafedh and Bilel who were our wonderful waiters for the week! Sami was amazing and would take me around the buffet each night to tell me what was safe to eat/ what to avoid (a buffet is usually a coealic's worst nightmare but with it being smaller, there was virtually no cross contamination on the hot food). If there were slightly fewer options some nights (still more than enough to have though) Sami would ask the kitchen to prepare me additional meals such as steak etc, which were also available if that is what I fancied instead of the buffet. GF rolls were also made especially. They even prepped me special desserts so I had a sweet treat each night! In the mornings they made me gluten free crepes which were yummy - they ensured all of the utensils and hot plates were cleaned down before making mine to ensure there was no cross contamination. Having read a lot of the comments saying the food was the same each night, I cannot say that this was something we experienced but the quality and tastiness of the food truly exceed my expectations. We truly had the best time and I was honestly overwhelmed with how easy eating throughout the week was!"
