"Hi all, just returned from a week at this place. There were 9 of us ranging from 4 to 81. Here's my thought's on the place. Arrived really late, check-in was quick but they had allocated my 81 year old father a room on the 6th floor. Hmmm, the lift only goes to 5? It turn's out there are some rooftop rooms which are accessed via the 5th floor, but once through the room door in the corridor, there's another door leading up a really steep spiral staircase to the actual room. They didn't explain this at reception so my dad spent 10 mins trying to get into someone else's room 😂. The room would have been great for a younger couple as it was a nice room and had a great view, but not for an 81 year old with bad knees. Anyway, they did change the room the next day so no major drama. We all had rooms on the 4th floor. Good size, nice view of the pool and sea (because we were up high). Rooms are a little tired as you can see from other reviewers pictures. Water damage on the bathroom units etc. The main bed is comfy but the pull out sofa bed is TERRIBLE. Metal frame, no mattress, no sleep! On arrival, there was no bed made up for my daughter but, again, this was quickly resolved after speaking to Reception. One day our room door would not close and lock, so we contacted reception to report it and they said they'd be there in 10 mins. 2.5 hours later and multiple chasing calls it was finally fixed. I couldn't leave the room because I could close the door. Good job the view from the balcony was good. Cleaning - Our cleaner (Dilak) worked hard and in general the room was clean with fresh towels every day. She deserves a special mention as my daughter was very sick (later in the review) but helped us get he room back to 'normal'. But if you wanted to be picky, under the bed was very dusty. The hotel was generally clean but similar to other reviews, pool area could have been tidier. This probably contributed to the number of cats and flies around the place. And around by the arcade area there was a strong smell of sewage on occasions, but not all the time, may have been a maintenance issue. Food and drink - In general my group did not like the food. There was loads of food but not much variety. I ate my bodyweight in turkey steaks and kofta's, but this was just my family. Food is a personal preference. Ice creams and waffles were great. The main restaurant is SOOOOO noisy, you cannot hear yourself eat. It's like a cattle market. Then there's the constant dragging of tables and chairs across the floor. And people smoking in the outdoor eating area. I'm a non smoker so I couldn't enjoy eating outside because there was so much smoke. If the people smoking actually put the thing in their mouth and inhaled instead of lighting it and holding it in their hand for 10 mins and letting everyone else smoke it then it may not be so much of a problem. Drinks were ok but only local stuff, you will get charged for the brands. Our booking said AI+ so I'm not sure what the + was if you have to pay for the brands. Too much ice in the drinks, just say no ice and your drink will last longer. Outdoor food area by the slides was ok, but lots of flies having their fill first. Pool area - Great source of comedy entertainment for me sat on my balcony at 6am watching the constant stream of sunbed warriors getting their towels laid out ready for the day. I think the towels got a better tan than the people because they had the most exposure to the sun. If you want a good position then you have to get up early and battle with everyone else. The pools themselves were fine if not a little busy as the hotel was at capacity. Slides were good but we had issues with my nephew going on them. Day 1 was great, from half way through day 2 a lifeguard told me he could not go on as he wasn't tall enough. The same lifeguard who had been there all morning watching us using them. Did he shrink at lunchtime? So we stopped using the slides, then watch loads of kids the same size as him allowed on the slides for the rest of the week. I don't mind following rules if they are consistently enforced. Loudish music is played all day by the main pool. There's an adult area pool which was quieter if you want some peace but you have to be over 18- so we weren't able to access with our children. At the Indoor pool, the lifeguard visits were sporadic, so the rules only applied occasionally and was often full of unsupervised kids being a bit rowdy. My sister in law even intervened when she saw a child trying to dive off the water feature in the pool- had this gone wrong, it would certainly have led to a hospital trip. Gym was Ok, it'll get you by for a week or 2. SPA treatments were good. Location - Nothing much around it, as in shops etc. It's a 20 min walk down hill to the town, 8 euro in a taxi, or regular buses. The beach for the hotel is a 10 min bus ride from the hotel in the opposite direction to the town. The beach area has AI drinks and food there. Town - The fake designer capital of the world. Loads of clothes, trainers, bags and watches etc. Make sure you haggle. Whatever the start price is, you will get down to half. Discounts for volume. If you are after a replica watch then as good as all the shops look, they all stock the same stuff. All the watches are the AAA+ standard. I could not find any 'super clones', and trust me, I went in every shop. Even the ones who said they were 'super clones', they were not. They were Quartz movements. Shout out to NICO's watch shop. Nico was a very friendly guy and supplied my dad with apple tea while I was trying on the watches. One bit of special thanks to the reception staff. My daughter got really ill. Sickness etc and we ended up going to hospital. The hotel took us in one of their vehicles as it wasn't really a blue light job. Took us to the hospital door and handed us over to the staff. The hospital was great, got my girl on an IV drip to get fluids back in her. The hospital guy spoke directly to my travel insurance while we were there and we only paid the policy excess when we left, not the full treatment costs. Then the hospital arranged one of their vehicles to take us to the pharmacy at 5:45am and then back to the hotel. A positive first experience of foreign medical care. Entertainment - Unfortunately, we did not all experience the evening entertainment as the main entertainment started at 10pm. However, the two members of the family who went to watch it said it was actually really good. The entertainment area is a bit run down. And I won't go into detail about the toilet block by the entertainment area, but it was a bit smelly to say the least. The younger members of the family preferred to play at the arcade and park before heading off to bed. I personally would not go back to this hotel. Now I know the area I wish I'd have stayed in the Korumar Kusadasi. About 5 mins closer to the town but on the other side of the road. I could see guests had access to the sea. Might not have been better but..."

"Really honestly the best place ever! Felt so welcome and had so much help! Felt like from the moment we arrived we were treated like Ramada family of that hotel! Emma me mum got cuddles everyday from at least 5 workers of hotel doing their job no money or tips trying to be made just genuine good people who could see i had a bubbly personality! Was unreal! Thank you Ramada resort Antalya! One of the best weeks of my life! My kids first holiday and what a first yous have made if! Emma Brown! The ones that know me know! Much love! 🩷"

"Spent 10 days at this hotel and have stayed at many 5* hotels. Honestly, this is definitely not 5* (it has potential to be with major renovations and better customer service), but more like a 3+* or maximum 4* Reception At reception, the staff do not greet you or even greet you with a smile unless you say hello first. This is a critical part of the hotel as first impressions are last impressions! Room The room I was initially offered had cracked mirror, granite table in bathroom was cracked, flimsy cheap towels as both face towels and bathrooms. They don’t provide any glasses or mugs, only cheap paper cups to use to hold toothbrushes or even for tea/coffee. This is supposed to be a 5* hotel, yet they offer cheap paper cups! Beds are comfortable- so no complaints here. Pool Around the pool, the plastic gutters were broken and a safety hazard and the staff should be monitoring this regularly particularly as people walk on top of the gutters. Around the pool area in between the outside area for main restaurant and ice cream area, there is a horrible sewage-like smell, they need to sort that asap! Most of the umbrellas next to the sun beds are broken, as you pull them up, you can see the arms are broken/snapped Under the seats of the sun beds, there is dirt and mess, whilst the staff are good that they pick up glasses and plates, it seems no one checks under the sun beds - which they should even if in the evenings Constant diving There is a sign that says no diving but both adults and kids diving constantly including back flips whilst all lifeguards were watching them with no telling them to stop, this happened all day for the 10 days. This is a major safety issue. After day 6 I finally told one of the lifeguards that this is unacceptable, whilst he monitored it for about half an hour, old habits; people started diving and doing back flips again and the lifeguards did nothing as usual and I gave up! The managers and guest relations need to stop hiding in their offices, cut their chat and keep walking around the pool as this is a hazard waiting to happen and the hotel will be liable no doubt. Slides Around the slides, quite often unsupervised, as you go up the steps to the slides, water dripping (sometimes heavily), again cause for concern Apart from the white multicoloured slide, all other slides are supposed to be one at a time, because either the slides were unsupervised or several times I saw the lifeguards on their phones talking/texting or talking to other people, a lot of the time two people were sliding at the same time on all the other slides. This is another major safety issue. Lifeguards On their phones most of the time or laughing and joking amongst themselves or even leaving their designated areas unattended for long periods of time. This need urgent attention and supervision Food Food is Ok - nothing special, some foods are good, some is bland and very much repetitive Entertainment Entertainment is probably the best thing about the hotel, games are interactive and fun. Spa Whilst the Spa staff are friendly and actually do greet you every time, the actual spa area smells of damp when you get the tour, which is one of the reasons I declined to use it. Staff In general (apart from Photography, Spa, Entertainment and cleaning staff in the mornings), the hotel needs to teach their staff to smile, greet their clients every morning especially at the concierge. Even the manager at the concierge is not very warm or friendly Check Out For four separate occasions, I asked for a late check out and was asked to come back either at different day or times and eventually when I did get it sorted, I was presented with a bill of €65 to stay an extra 4 hours. This is unacceptable and I should have been told about this from the outset! Reluctantly I paid this but I think this is unfair and should be clearly sign posted so people are aware. Overall experience Whilst I enjoy Turkey and the Kusadasi area (especially the Marina), I would definitely come back but definitely NOT to this hotel. Once again, in my honest opinion and for someone who has stayed at several 5* hotels including a Wyndham Hotel recently in Athens and other Ramada hotels, I was bitterly disappointed that by using the “Ramada Wyndham” brand, it should be rated as a 3+* or 4* maximum"
