"We were on vacation in September 2026
I'll say right away that the hotel itself is good, the grounds are beautiful, there are many bars and restaurants where you can eat a full meal without going to the main restaurant (during the day). Breakfast is in the main restaurant, there is enough space for everyone!
Standard breakfasts: pancakes, crepes, scrambled eggs, omelet, greens, rolls. Rich selection of fruits: watermelons, melons, bananas, pears, apples, oranges, plums, and for the first time in 20 years I saw fresh figs!!! The most delicious fruit in my opinion! Tea in teapots, coffee from coffee machines. Honey in combs, various jams! In general, a full breakfast!
The lunches are good too, there are always soups in the main restaurant! There is soup - puree, there is lentil. I made soup for my daughter - I just put pasta in a bowl and poured broth (chicken, for example) over it - it was very tasty))
Lunch is as good on the beach!!! And on the hotel grounds, you definitely won't be hungry!!! There is always fish, turkey, grilled chicken, side dishes, salads, and fruits. For the joy of the children, there is dandurma, it is served at 4:30 PM (if I'm not mistaken) and for dinner.
Various dinners, Turkish, Italian, fish
Preparing meat dishes to taste, as much of the meat is spicy and dry. But you won't go hungry. The fish dinner was delightful, there were tasty shrimp in sauce, squid rolls, some big fish - delicious white meat.
I don't eat desserts myself, so I can't say anything... The desserts were both Turkish and cakes and pastries.
The hotel has many pools, there is a pool for very small children - great, very convenient, there is even a canopy so the sun won't burn, and there is also a children's water park for very young children, and there is one for older children. It's really cool there, even adults ride on small hills.
There are also slides for adults.
The beach is just the most wonderful place! The entrance is gentle, and it's a real pleasure to swim there with children! You walk and walk, but the depth is far... The water is purest, The beach is being cleaned, the cleaner cleans the path from sand and removes empty glasses all day. There are many sunbeds, you can always find a spot, even though the hotel is full.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach without rushing. The bus runs from 9:00 to 18:00, it runs regularly!!! I must give credit to the driver!!!
Given that there are more Germans at the hotel, I was prepared for them to smoke everywhere and everywhere, but no!!! Either they got lucky, or they started smoking less)))).
If you face the sea, there will be a bridge over the river on the left side, where large turtles periodically swim by. Tourists feed them. In the evening, a beautiful promenade along the sea.
Animation. Cheerful guys, despite the fact that only two of them know Russian, they are always smiling.
In the children's room, Mulan is working, she is the only one who speaks Russian, but!!! And with the other animators, I easily found common ground, English helped a little, but otherwise... everyone has a translator on their phone!!! In the children's room, they bake cookies (free), draw, and there is a ball pit. There are also paid services, such as coloring a cartoon hero figure (10 euros). During the day, they caught animation in the pool - they inflate an obstacle course there. It was fun.
The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel and on the beach.
Since we arrived early in the morning, we slept on the reception sofas, and a local cat slept with us; they love, feed, and care for cats there.
Check-in at the hotel is at 2:00 PM, rooms may be available earlier as they become free, but I observed that a group of German tourists arrived and were checked in before everyone else, because each one gave 10 euros...
All questions at the reception are resolved by a Russian-speaking employee named Nurein. Don't forget to say thank you...))), otherwise everything will be according to the hotel rules.
In the main restaurant "interesting work" of waiters... specifically those with a lot of experience. German guests are a priority because they thank...
A waiter came up to us in the restaurant and asked, "Germans?" We said no, and that was it.... He just ignored us... Of course we brought our own drinks, but it was unpleasant...
There is also a bartender at the hotel who, seemingly as a joke, but through his behavior, shows dislike for tourists. For example, in the evening on the open terrace, he made it clear that only German guests were relaxing here... Later, in the main restaurant, he was pouring drinks, and when I asked for wine... he said that "there is no wine" (bottles of wine were standing open in front of him), moreover, he didn't pour the wine and actually ignored me... a German woman came over right away and he instantly switched to her.
(... hello to him... I think I know who you're writing about, since he was THE ONLY one among all the staff). I really wanted to go up to their general manager and explain that such jokes and behavior are inappropriate, but I didn't want to ruin my vacation...
I have been vacationing in Turkey for over 15 years, I know how to be grateful, but I've encountered this attitude for the first time....
The most responsive staff in restaurants and bars are the guys and girls in gray tank tops (all young), they really try and give 100%, it doesn't matter to them who is in front of them, they always greet and smile, even though their job is not easy. And a very kind bartender works on the beach. Always smiles, compliments all girls and ladies! Management appreciates such guys, thanks to such employees the hotel will be top-notch!
I want to also mention the A-la-carte staff, everything there is top-notch, especially the employee who pours drinks, speaks Russian beautifully, has a subtle sense of humor, is polite, in general, top-level guest service!
70% of the guests at the hotel are German, the rest are a little bit of everyone.
The German guests are very friendly, we chatted a little with many of them. Every morning in the elevator everyone greeted each other and chatted as much as possible. We also played on the beach. There were no problems or dislikes! Many Russian Germans were vacationing, so they spoke Russian perfectly well.
Overall the hotel is good, but I was left with an unpleasant feeling about the attitude of the staff....
Will I come back here? I think not."
