Sol Palmanova

"We stayed for 10 nights in August. This was our 2nd time and we would definitely go back. The hotel rooms are small but we knew this and dont spend too much time in our room anyway, always cleaned and fresh towels if needed, we had a great view from our balcony. The hotel entertainment team work so hard and are a credit to your hotel. I loved the performance they put on and how engaging they are. The token/cup system was new to us on this stay, we purchased extra tokens so as a group always had some spare to use when someone was heading to the bar. Although its a faff keeping hold of tokens or cups etc it does help with ensuring everywhere is clean and tidy and I do like the massive reduction in single use plastic. The main annoyance was queuing up when your ready to head to bed to change cups back for tokens or exchanging for plastic tea/coffee cups, ideally tea and coffee cups would be separated from this system. Loved having choice of entertainment between sol 1 and 2. We stayed in sol 2 and used that dining area, had lots of choice everyday and we all enjoyed the food, thank you to your catering team who make sure this is great at all times of the day. Short walk to the lovey sandy beaches, bars, cafes. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you."

"Just returned from five brilliant nights at this hotel. We went at the end of the season, so it was relatively quiet in comparison to high season, however there was still a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is spotless. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the pool area maintained perfectly. The team at the hotel are lovely. Always polite and happy to chat to you. Hats off to those working in the dining room, they made sure there were always places available to eat and were incredibly helpful. They work very hard to make sure everyone has a pleasant dining experience, in a crazy fast environment. The food was good, plenty of variety. The salad bar was plentiful and the breakfast smoked salmon 👌👌👌 big thanks to the catering team who thought of everything, dietary requirements were no issue! The entertainment team worked very hard (despite us boring adults resisting!) We had one day of poor weather, and they were straight out with indoor activities for the children. Really nice to see. The bar operates a cup system where you exchange a token for a cup. You get one token on check in, but can buy more for €1. Big fan of this as it reduces the chances of smashed glass, but also plastic waste. The drinks measures are generous, and the snack bar also helpful by the pool. We liked that food was not allowed around the pool so it stayed clean. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach (use the back gate by the pool) and all amenities you could need. If there is any particular sport you want showing, they will do their best to accommodate you in the hotel. There are loads of day trips available with pick up on, or near, the hotel. My only gripe was the hot drinks machine, it is very watery! But in the grand scheme of things, that's nothing really! We had a great stay and are already planning next year's trip out. "October stay for a week with my wife and we loved it. Location excellent near the beach and the bus stop a minute walk away for trip to palma and our airport transfer (A11). The staff were lovely checked in an hour early and a room upgrade. Loads of choice for the meals and cleanliness was very good , rooms cleaned every day. The all inclusive drinks were good generous servings. All in all we had a great time I could imagine at the height of the season it would be very overwhelming for many people and the dining area a bit noisy. 5 stars from us for when we went"
