Best Oasis Park

"Pleasant and very proper treatment from all the hotel staff. A 9, perfection does not exist at any time."

"Stayed from September 20 to 26, canteen staff very pleasant and endearing, same for the reception. The hotel has advantages (the price) and disadvantages (THE THEFT OF MONEY IN THE ROOM). Indeed, my friend and I were very surprised to find that on the 4th day of our wonderful stay, a €50 bill was missing from my belongings and €25 was missing from my friend's... in the meantime, only the cleaning lady had come by. The latter having taken care to RUMMAGE THROUGH CLOSED BAGS, TO HELP HERSELF FROM OUR WALLETS, AND TO LEAVE THE BAGS AND WALLETS OPEN UPON OUR RETURN. Furthermore, this greedy person still saw that we had little cash on us and helped herself anyway, without being picky, since she took 1 bill out of the only 2 I had. After going to see the director/manager to communicate (with my average French-speaker's English and her average Spanish-speaker's English as well) about this incident, I was very surprised to hear her speak French the next day when I went back to see her (which she could have done from the beginning) in reaction to a comment from my friend highlighting her lack of interest in our situation. This same person assures us that she knows her staff and that they would never do such a thing (🤥) and insists that we had probably used our cash and forgotten that we had done so (we did not do so because we did not need to as guests of an all-inclusive hotel). She added that possibly a third party had entered the room during the cleaning lady's visit, another guest according to her, to help themselves freely to our belongings. In my opinion, this is much worse because it completely calls into question the security of this FAMILY hotel, with vulnerable people everywhere (children and the elderly) who are clearly not safe. I also want to point out that she almost blamed us for not putting the money in the safe, which was already locked with no possibility of opening it when we arrived (and a closed bag placed near a bed is not an invitation to help oneself). A complaint was made. The manager/director assures me that I will have a quick response. Today, October 14, I still have received nothing. Finally, I advise you to avoid this hotel if you care about your belongings and your privacy, because clearly your belongings are also theirs and no measures are in place to account for their responsibility. Still counting on the honesty and involvement of the hotel regarding our case, I am waiting for a response (and a refund) as quickly as possible."
