Vistamar Apartments

"Booked premium room, roomy, clean, everything you need, air con was switched off due to climate, still too hot for me, missing table and chairs outside at the pool, I find it hard to sit/lay on sunbeds too long, you pay 1.5 euros a day for your sunbed, at first I thought this was a negative, but it was great, pay your money put your towel on it and it’s yours all day, no pressure if you go for lunch, a walk etc, and plenty of beds, no sunbed wars here, but they are hard plastic, so bought a couple of blow up beds, you can lie on the grass free of charge, you can take your own drink to the pool as long as no glass, there is a bar inside that you can buy and take outside at reasonable prices. Lovely large balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers."

"Good apartments only downfall you have to clean to get deposit back and you have to pay a deposit on the day you arrive but the rooms are good the staff are lovely it is a shame it doesn’t have its own pool it has to share but is a good apartment"

"Been to these apartments 5 times before and couldn't fault them . We even recommended them to family and friends who have also booked to stay here. Sadly on this recent visit was awful. Elena a member of staff was really rude to us on numerous occasions. She is a bully. Other staff Izzy and Hayley absolutely fantastic. Apartments have always been spotless but this time not so clean. We were afraid to complain in case we were bullied by Elena. One scary woman. There were cockroaches in bathroom and living room. Sheets on bed were dirty. Sorry to say we will not be visiting Vistamar again. Stayed 9 nights and didn't sleep at all due to cockroaches. We visit Benidorm at least 4 times a year and will miss our annual visit but hopefully things will improve in the future."
