MS Aparthotel

"We stayed at MS Aparthotel for 5 days and were very impressed with the spaciousness of the apartments. While some of the furniture shows a bit of wear, the cleanliness more than makes up for it and ensures a very comfortable stay. We booked a large number of rooms for our wedding guests, and everyone was delighted with the upgrades they received. The extra space made getting ready for the big day a breeze, and it was clear our guests appreciated the thoughtful touches. The grounds are beautifully maintained, providing a lovely backdrop for our outdoor wedding events. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the reception team, who went out of their way to meet our needs. A special thank you to Rafaella and her team for organising our pre-wedding celebration and lunch, which was enjoyed by everyone. Overall, our 5-day stay at MS Aparthotel was a fantastic choice for our celebration. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"The rooms and location as well as facilities are satisfactory. However everything else about this hotel was extremely disappointing. The restaurant staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Orders were constantly mixed up, food was brought to the wrong tables, and staff kept insisting we hadn’t paid when we had. The entire system is chaotic and badly managed — they clearly need a proper ordering and payment process, such as a buzzer or table allocation system. What made it worse was the lack of basic courtesy or hospitality, especially considering we were part of a large wedding group with many guests staying there. The staff showed no effort to be welcoming or respectful. Sadly, many of us felt that the poor treatment we received had a racial undertone, as we are all Indian"
