"ABSOLUTELY 💯 FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF!!!! We haven’t been abroad together since 2018 and came here for our joint birthday's. All the staff are fantastic but a special shout out to Manuela who went above and beyond!!! Our Presidential Suite was FANTASTIC!!! Clean and beautiful with special touches and wonderful touches ♥️♥️♥️I can honestly say that this is the BEST HOTEL I have ever stayed in!! Also a huge thank you to Kostas for making our check out so easy xxxx"

"We can’t say enough wonderful things about The Bank Hotel and the people who work there. Before we even arrived and were communicating primarily via email about our stay - everyone who spoke to us was incredibly warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to help us at every turn and made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. We were traveling during a pretty emotional and uncertain time in our lives, and the kindness the staff showed us meant more than they probably realized. Konstantinos and Simon in particular went completely above and beyond for us, making sure the rest of the team knew our situation and that we had everything we needed. It never felt like they were just doing their jobs - they genuinely cared, and we’ll always remember that. The hotel itself was great, too. The location is fantastic and very central, which made it easy to walk around and explore Amsterdam. Our room was really nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom and shower felt clean and modern. It was a great place to come back to after long days exploring the city. The only small note we’d make for future travelers is that the room did get a little warm for us at night. We visited in mid-September, and coming from the U.S., we’re used to sleeping in a pretty cold room with A/C. We know this is totally normal in Europe and didn’t take away from our stay at all! But if you’re like us and prefer a cooler room while you sleep, we’d recommend packing a small travel fan. We’ll definitely be bringing one on our next trip to Europe! Overall, we had such a wonderful experience here. The location, comfortable rooms, and amenities were all great, but the people are what really set The Bank Hotel apart. We’re incredibly grateful for how kind everyone was to us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Highly recommend The Bank Hotel after my 5 night stay in a spacious souble bed room. The staff are fantastic - friendly & love a chat & the house cat Lady is super sweet. Comfortable bed (med-soft). Excellent location. Very quiet despite its location. About an 8min walk to the train station & 10mins to Dam Square. Room had a bar fridge which is great - but was on the floor so you had to get down low every time you needed something. Would also be handy if there was a line to hang wet clothes on in the bathroom. Room was at the more expensive end and the city tax is high in Amsterdam but well worth staying close to everything."
