Hyatt Regency Zadar

"I am giving this hotel 5 stars as the things we liked about it was perfect and outweighed the bad parts. Good: Rooms, huge, clean, modern Gym, great range, clean, not too busy The pool area is brilliant, enough sunbeds if you get there early but you don't need to get there too early and reserve. The pool leads into the spa which is a fantastic idea. The spa has really good features, we used this daily. The staff, friendly, polite. Cannot fault them. The bad: The menu is lacking for snacks and a normal lunch or evening meal. We ate out of the hotel most of the time. The 24/7 market is the same food and never replenished. It's just crisps, basic snacks and breakfast bars. The location was a real shame for us ( not the hotels fault, just our preference. There's no restaurants outside of the hotel, you have to go into old town. There is a bar directly outside but it doesn't do food apart from sandwiches in the fridge. The old town is easy to reach by rowing boat l, 2 euro or Uber is cheap enough but after day 4 we was a bit sick of constantly needing to go into the old town for food and drink."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Zadar. It’s a lovely, modern hotel with excellent facilities. The gym and spa are both very good, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was modern, immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a great shower, a spacious bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed. My only small criticism is that, for a 5-star hotel, I expected a pod coffee machine rather than the basic coffee-making facilities provided. The location is perfect for exploring Zadar’s beautiful Old Town – just take the charming little rowing boat across the harbour for only €2 per person. Overall, we thought it offered excellent value for money. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Wonderful experience! Staff was warm, helpful, attentive and friendly! Room was comfortable. It lacked noting! Loved the pool and the restaurants. Especially, loved Fenix restaurant. The ceviche sea bass and shrimp toast are amazing!"
