"I arrived at this hotel with a group of 20 people, and our experience was nothing short of a disaster. It’s shocking — and honestly embarrassing — that this property dares to rate itself as a 4-star hotel. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, the beds were tiny and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a clear smell of mold in nearly every room. There were no kettles or basic amenities, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of this standard. The photos they show online are completely misleading — they only feature the best, newly renovated rooms while hiding the reality of the old, broken, and poorly maintained ones most guests actually get. The hotel is enormous, and you literally need a golf cart to reach the rooms, yet the staff refused to assist or even show us where our rooms were upon arrival. The dining experience was terrible: bright white lighting, no atmosphere whatsoever, and the staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I have organized many group trips in my career, and I have never experienced such poor hospitality and unprofessional behavior. To make things worse, on one of the days the hotel was supposed to prepare lunch boxes for the entire group. I had sent them a clear list specifying who is vegetarian and who eats meat, but they didn’t label the boxes, which caused total confusion and frustration. Just another mistake on a long list of errors and mismanagement — I won’t even start listing them all here. In short, this is a long list of ongoing failures that never seemed to end. I won’t go into every single one, but the conclusion is crystal clear: there is absolutely nothing about this place that justifies a 4-star rating. It is *certainly not* a resort, no matter how it tries to present itself."

"We have just returned from a week stay from 5th to 12th October. We had paid extra to have a "deluxe" room in the Beach hotel complex where we were supposed to have breakfast. However when we arrived we were told it was closed because " it was the end of the season" a familiar term we discovered as the week progressed, We then found out the beach bar was closed ( and no toilet facilities there either) , then the pool bar was also closed- according to guest relations "for operational reasons"-presumably no staff! After a few days our reception closed as did the Terrazzo restaurant where we we supposed to have lunch and dinner and we ended up in the "canteen" at the top for meals. Where the Pizzaria was who knows?. Very limited choice of food each day because the hotel closed that week. Frankly the staff couldn't care less. We were treated as an inconvenience. It felt like Faulty Towers if you complained. The "deluxe" room was pretty shoddy and rustic. No kettle which I had to request , paper cups to drink tea and not even a spoon- we had to get a plastic one from the canteen. It should also be called All Not inclusive. Here a cocktail is apparently a G&T. Everything else at a cost. We did see a waiter making a cocktail but he ended up drinking it- presumably part of his CPD. There was one lady on the only bar who was completely professional to the last- Annabel who was fantastic and made my G&T really special- the others couldn't be asked. Also Stefano who drove one of the buggies that went around during the day. The location of this resort is fantastic but that's it. The management should visit Dreams resort and spa in Madeira to see how to make a holiday special and all inclusive. Most of the staff seemed hell bent on making the week as awkward as possible . We even had to surrender our cases the night before we left on the Sunday because they couldn't provide anyone to bring them up before 8am. If we didn't do that "you'll have to bring them up yourself". Also you try and get a comfortable chair anywhere in this resort including the sun beds. We have travelled across Europe and the Med for the last 40 years and always regretted the time to come home. Not here though. You are either open for business or not but this place takes the mickey- phased closure so guests don't get what they paid for and they weren't bothered in the least. Rude, unhelpful as possible and frankly don't deserve my money or indeed yours. Give this place a wide berth and so should Jet2 who again weren't that helpful as our first day was her last. "Fabulous place where the hotel is situated ,beach very safe and sandy .There are no toilet facilities on the beach ,yes there is a beach bar which you have to pay for this is nothing to do with the hotel )Beach staff very helpful and friendly .From the 4th row back he beds are free ( although on our arrival we had been told we would have to pay 25 euros and we would need to reserve them ,this not the case .Apparently the first 4 rows are reserved for the hotel .We had no issues getting sunbeds either by the pool or on the beach only a few people saved the beds ( not at all needed to )There should have been a bus going into Olbia daily it was cancelled our 2nd week there as the season was coming to a close ( you would need to make sure that if you go form the first week in October that everything is still open .as advertised .Rooms clean and basic ,they don't have soap /shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms. Towels changed regularly ,rooms cleaned very well...Bed very comfortable Food was good with lots of choice ,staff very good in the restaurant. excellent service. Just a note you can't have ice cream at dinner only available during lunch time when this would be served to you by one of the staff when you went to the machine .We travelled with Jet2 the rep at the hotel was hopeless ,communication wasn't good .The hotel is in a fabulous place but very remote ,so really without the bus or a car ( unless you went on trips ) it would be hard to get about .We did a taxi into Olbia which took about half an hour well worth going and having a mooch around."
