"The condition of the rooms fell significantly below the standard we expected from Premier Inn. Furthermore, the images and descriptions displayed on your website did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms, which we found to be misleading. Your clean protect promise does not fall in line with what is stated on your website. Upon arrival, we encountered numerous issues, including: * Mould present on the walls and within the shower area. * A persistent unpleasant smell within the room. * Beds that had not been properly made. * Dirty bed linen, including visible makeup stains. * Chipped and damaged walls and desks. * Dirty walls throughout the room. * A thick layer of dust across surfaces. We immediately raised our concerns with management last night. The manager personally inspected our room and agreed with the issues we had identified. The only resolution offered to us was a change of room. However, upon moving to the alternative room, we were extremely disappointed to find that the same issues were present, including dirty bed linen, mould, dust and general dirt throughout the accommodation. This left us with no satisfactory alternative and has made us question the overall standards of cleanliness and maintenance at this hotel. It is extremely concerning that the quality of the rooms appears to have deteriorated to this extent. As a Premier Inn customer, we expected a clean, well-maintained and comfortable environment, which is the minimum standard one should reasonably expect when booking accommodation. Following our discussion, the manager advised that she would provide all relevant information regarding our concerns and confirm her agreement with the issues raised in order to support our request for a refund. A refund of £150 was the max they could give. I paid £470! Trust me save your money and go elsewhere. Management told us they have guests complain everyday about the state of the room."

"Fabulous hotel! Central to all the sights, opposite trams ! Hotel itself is clean and has everything you need, comfy beds, good showers, breakfast good, and nice bar area for a drink after a day of sightseeing! Must mention staff who were so friendly, helpful and efficient! Will definitely use this hotel again next year when we visit!"
