The May Fair A Radisson Collection Hotel

"First time at this hotel and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is wonderfully centrally located so you could walk to many many top spots. The public areas and rooms are terrific; they are handsomely renovated with well-planned electric outlets, ample closets and terrific walk-in showers. The staff is amazing and wonderfully welcoming. Had an exceptional check-in with Kita. She was totally present when working with us. I was so impressed that she had read all our special requests and worked earnestly to successfully accommodate them. Her follow up was equally impressive; after we got settled in she called to make sure that everything was to our expectations. I could not have been more impressed. Even though the hotel is large, I thought she and the staff were very attentive to every guest’s individual experience."

"Accommodating a single family at the hotel shouldn't be this difficult. They couldn't arrange a double room and a twin room on the same floor. We asked for the alcohol to be removed from the room, but they didn't do it. We wanted the rooms to be on the same floor—ideally next to each other—but they couldn't manage it, even though notes had been added when the booking was made a month in advance. They are very indifferent."

"Excellent hotel in a great location for site seeing. Minakshi greeted us upon arrival to the hotel and did her very best to expedite the process. She kept us informed on the room status and was warm and welcoming."
