"Terrible experience. Our room was downgraded apparently due to a leak. No fore warning. We were advised what time we could check in . We made arrangements to fit with that. When we arrived the room was not ready. We were then late for our appointment as a result. Completely unprofessional. We will not use Citadines again."

"We really like staying in aparthotels when we visit London, and Citadines is definitely one of the places we would happily return to. We previously stayed at the Citadines near Barbican, where the room was considerably smaller, so we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this one was. The location is excellent, with a Waitrose, Tesco Express, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and several museums within easy reach. There is also a tube station just a few steps away, which makes getting around London incredibly convenient. The room itself was comfortable and had everything you could need for a longer stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and plenty of space. Having the kitchen is particularly useful when you don't want to eat out for every meal. One of my favourite touches is the coffee machine downstairs, which uses fresh beans. It's great to be able to grab a proper coffee in the morning, or even a hot chocolate in the evening. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the practical facilities are very good too. You can easily wash your clothes and arrange for fresh towels, which makes it especially convenient if you're staying for several days. Overall, I really have no complaints. Great location, spacious and well-equipped rooms, friendly staff, and all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay in London. Definitely recommended if you prefer the flexibility of an aparthotel."

"Everything was very satisfactory, we had a really great time, the staff was very sweet, rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything necessary, our stay here was truly excellent. Furthermore, we had breakfast at the shop set up by the hotel and I would say it is a great breakfast for all tastes, abundant and with many choices....in short, to be repeated!!!!!!thanks for everything and see you soon...."
