"This is an amazing hotel! We are currently staying here, and I couldn’t wait until check-out to leave a review.
Will share one detailed review for the ones that have lot of questions.
The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, and the hotel itself has a lovely interior. There is a big restaurant and very nice outdoor pools with plenty of free sunbeds, shades, and even a minibar. There is also a small gym and a ping pong table, which is a nice extra if you want to stay active or have some fun between relaxing by the pool.
We booked half board, and there is a great variety of food to choose from. Everything we have tried has been tasty, and there are also plenty of healthy options. Vegetarians and vegans will also find good choices.
I have lactose intolerance, so I always ask the staff which of the main dishes are dairy-free. They have been incredibly kind and helpful every single time, explaining what I can choose and what I should avoid. On our first evening, there were no dairy-free dessert options apart from fruit, but when I mentioned it, they immediately told me that from the next day they would make sure there was something suitable for me. And they really did!
The main chef prepared a delicious pineapple jelly dessert for me, and every evening the staff would find us at our table and bring it to me straight from the fridge after my meal. They also provided three different types of plant-based milk at breakfast, so I could have them with my coffee or cereal.
For anyone who is a picky eater or has dietary restrictions, there is honestly a lot to choose from: nuts, dried fruit, a variety of fruit jams, peanut butter, sesame butter, fresh fruit, and even candied/glacé fruit such as whole pieces of orange and other fruits, greek youghurt, honey etc. I’m sharing this because I know how difficult it can sometimes be to find enough choices when you have dietary restrictions.
Drinks like coffee, tee, water and fresh juices are included in the breakfast. In the dinner you will need to buy a drink, and the prices are acceptable (for an e.x. 0.70€ for small bottle of water.)
And for those asking about the beach, sunbeds and shades: the hotel has its own beach area right beside the sea, with sunbeds and shaded areas available. The hotel is only around 150 metres from the beach, and honestly, in this area it couldn’t be much closer than this. It is incredibly convenient, just a very short walk from the hotel to the sea.
There was an also music program in Tuesdays and Fridays.
And the staff is very friendly, polite, helpful and always available to assist you and answer your questions
Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great, the facilities are excellent, and most importantly, the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. The way they took care of my dietary needs really impressed me and made us feel very welcome.
