"We booked this hotel (apartment) due to its location to Disneyland Paris. There were 13 of us (8 adults, 3 kids and 2 infants). We booked the 5 bedroom villa (incl 5 bathrooms).
Pros
1. On arrival the staff were polite and friendly.
2. The rooms were clean, and there was spare bedding, towels etc.
3. The bedrooms and bathroom facilities were great.
4. The location was great, and the grounds were well maintained.
5. They did deliver extra towels and toilet paper on Day 3.
6. There was a washing machine in the apartment.
Cons
1. The shuttle bus was shocking, the times were difficult to understand, it only ran at set times (not between 11am and 4pm), the morning shuttles were quite busy, the late ones however, were terrible. On both our nights visiting the park late, we had to fight with small children and prams to get on the bus. Some people were helpful, but it was every man for themselves. There simply wasn't enough space. The last bus was also not late enough due to many people staying in the park, and trying to get on so they could get back. Two of our group had to get an Uber.
2. They provided 2 cot beds, however, there were no mattresses or bedding for the cot beds. We had to make mattresses from towels and sheets, and fortunately brought our own blankets. This would have been good to know before arriving.
3. The villa was capable of sleeping 20 (including sofa beds) but the kitchen facility was tight if only 2 people were there.
4. It was advised that if we wanted the villa cleaned, this would be €45 per day. Given we spent nearly €1800, I would expect it to be cleaned regularly, as it would be as a hotel room.
5. As it was not cleaned, we ended up with lots of rubbish, which smelled. We had to put this outside and hope someone collected it.
6. it said cleaning supplies were provided; however, there was nothing to wash up with, and only 1 dishwasher tablet for 13 people for 4 nights.
7. On our last day we opted to go to the pool, which we couldn't really enjoy as there was goose poo in and around the pool area, and the machine to clean it needed wifi which wasn't working.
8. The wifi was off for a whole day.
9. The shop in reception sold some items, like drinks, which were 3 times the price of the local mini market.
10. One of our group injured his finger with a deep cut, when asking at reception (twice) for a first aid kit, and/or a bandage to wrap it, they only had a few plasters and no one offered medical support.
11. The staff became less helpful at some points, in particular when trying to get the pool cleaned for us to use.
12. Check-out was a nightmare, due to the long queue and slow process of some people checking in. We had to wait 20mins to hand our card in."
