"So, we booked as a cheap close alternative to a Disney hotel that has a free bus to the park. If like us that’s why your thinking about it and thinking you’ll only use it to sleep there, maybe you don’t need to read on. This was our experience. You get there and reception is superficially set up for the Disney traffic, decorated, arcade games, you think wow, we booked the right place. We stayed for three nights and drove, the parking and tax you pay equalled about 80 euros. The first irony was it was so cold we drove to Disney every day cost us 30 euros to park so the free bus didn’t make a difference! There’s food at the bar, pizza and burgers that you can take back to the room about 15 euros each expensive and poor quality. A small shop with only toys and souvenirs again very expensive. If you have a car you can get to the local shops within 10mins, the roads are quite clear and vlaue for money is much better. The room. 2 of the 3 days was like a freezer so cold, last day like an oven. It had a thermostat in, we complained and was told the thermostats didn’t work and every rooom had the same heating. I think they were lying as there was a leak in the corridor that likely related to the heating not working. Our daughter got food all over her bedsheet, so we left it out the room one morning to change, and came back to the fact they took the dirty sheet and made the bed with no sheet. The restaurant is continental, I really wouldn’t bother paying extra for if you’re driving and just pull into a local shop. We dared to try and walk out eating a croissant each and were told very firmly no food could leave, I said I was about to eat it and was reiterated the rules. No one felt like going back that after that, as they were so aggressive. The staff we dealt with were about 80% rude and aggressive and a couple were nice. When we paid for the parking when we got there they didn’t give us a new ticket to use which we were oblivious to and our old one didn’t open the barriers, which led to us being that car that caused a queue while everyone was trying to get out. We were then treated by reception that this was our fault, no apology. In summary this hotel rinses any family, person, who wants a cheaper alternative to a Disney hotel and because of this does not care about any type of service level. My recommendation is if you have a choice don’t come here, as unfortunately no stay works out like that you just sleep there, you do actually end up staying in there for periods. Away from this Disney is amazing and there service and care was awesome. Note to the hotel; dont put some artificial apology after this, it will only serve to any reader what type of place you are as you had numerous opportunities to demonstrate some level of customer care."

"The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there wasn’t much else positive about our stay. We only had one pillow each and, despite asking for extras, we were told there weren’t any available. We also only had one towel per person, with no hand towels provided. The rooms had very little storage space. However, the suitcases could fit underneath the beds were a useful as they could be used like drawers. Breakfast was hectic, with a school canteen-style setup. You couldn’t choose where to sit and had to share long tables with strangers, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and impersonal. The food was very poor quality, and the staff came across as rude and seemed to watch guests closely to make sure nobody took out food. This made breakfast feel far from relaxing. The restaurant, bar and shop were also massively overpriced for the quality on offer. Paying almost €5 for a small plastic bottle of Coke is ridiculous, especially when the food was poor quality too. Overall, the hotel felt more focused on restricting guests and charging inflated prices than on providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The comfortable bed was a positive, but the poor breakfast, lack of basic amenities, rude staff and extortionate prices really let the stay down. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Third stay here for a night before a Disney hotel. Booked 2 rooms for my wife and I and daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandsons. Easy access via park shuttle. Clean and functional rooms. Super breakfast and pizzas in the evening. Petting farm for the kids. Sadly received a phishing email before arrival. Requesting arrival confirmation that included payment request. Bank scam alerts triggered as monies would go to a gaming site. Should have checked sender email as not hotel. But they had mine and booking. Com details. Have raised issue with hotel and booking.com. Be vigilant."
