"We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past ten years. The last two years were a disappointment but this year the whole atmosphere has changed positively. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the gardens are tended immaculately and the service is greatly improved. The dinner is much better than the last two years and the breakfast excellent and very well managed. As ever, the reception staff are charming and helpful. What a transformation. We love this hotel."

"What a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff are very kind and attentive. Chef cook Hervé was kind enough to tell me which shop to go to and find the cognac I was looking for. The food was also good. No thrills with nouvelle cuisine but excellent dishes that are prepared with attention and eye for tradition. Breakfast was also good. The star of our stay was our room nr. 2 on the ground floor with a large terrace and almost 5 meter high ceilings. The airco was working good and WiFi as well. Beds are firm and the bed linnen of high quality. The beautiful old building made this a stay to remember. We will surely come back."

"Beautiful location hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in late July 2024. The hotel is probably was extremely uncomfortable with barely no air conditioning throughout my stay. Extremely disappointed and so t be visiting again. Spoilt the holiday"
