Wonderful team of animators ❤️‍🔥 Margarita, Nastya, Olya are mega positive girls, they always involve you in activities, and you can also go with them to fun sunset parties and clubs! And for a quiet, calm, cozy evening, it's enough to stay at the hotel ))) I would also like to mention the Italian team Mattia and Arianna, who really try to understand you and are very positive towards Russians, including ))) Cool bar staff ❤️‍🔥Helim, Karlos, Mina, Ebram, Romany and all the guys are always positive, keep the conversation going, and make awesome cocktails. Even though the alcohol is local, we haven't been sick in the morning once in 13 days, it's just some kind of miracle 😂 We loved beef so much, they make it so tender, it just melts in your mouth. The fish has a seasoning, it's a matter of taste, so I never tried it )) Alya Kart: I really liked the shashlik in Turkey, but it's not classic, it's more like stewed chicken in a very tasty sauce. In Italy, the pizza, steak, and fish fillet are incredibly delicious 👍 In Japan, the guys put on a whole show, and you can participate too, very delicious seafood, thanks Mohamed Mubarak 👍 The territory is very beautiful and well-maintained, the guys are constantly mowing, watering, and planting something. Saw an incredibly cool reef with moray eels and rays, and also a school of amazing barracudas all over the reef 🙈 terribly beautiful 😍 I would like to thank every single employee of this hotel for creating such a warm, heartfelt, homey atmosphere! We left with great sadness from the parting ❤️‍🔥 I definitely want to return to this hotel!"

"Overall, the vacation was not bad. The check-in on the first day was very upsetting. They gave two numbers, which was pleasing, they were next to each other. There were 5 of us on vacation. We were given separate beds with my husband, but we got over it easily. We were housed near the restaurant, which was a big plus, opposite the water park, the children ran to it from the balcony, which was convenient for everyone. It was upsetting that we waited for two hours for an extra bed, going to the reception several times, calling. We were put in a dirty room. All questions were resolved extremely slowly. There was a noticeable difference in the attitude towards Russian tourists and Europeans; they were treated more pleasantly. But there were also very kind employees, unfortunately we don't remember their names. I remembered the chef at the bar by the pool, where burgers were being made. And the waiter in the restaurant in glasses. I specifically want to write about the team of animators; I don't know why they wrote that they are not visible; we are tired of hiding them, we dragged them to all the games, sports. I haven't seen two teams in any hotel: Russians and Italians. I can't even single anyone out, thanks for the vacation to everyone. Yana and Rita - two energetic girls, they will always tell, show, and do things with children. These beauties will remain in our hearts forever. Martina, an incredibly kind girl, the children missed her terribly in the playroom when she had to leave urgently. Nastya is a very kind and sociable girl. David is a charismatic animator; I went to children's discos just to watch him dance with the kids, it's a comedy show in itself. Nikola is our Captain Jack Sparrow. Soan was a little ray of light and cheerfulness, she lifted spirits with her mere presence. Despite being two different teams, they worked very smoothly and did not single anyone out based on nationality. Olga was very memorable at the Olympics, she very much inspired our team. Regarding nutrition: it is very monotonous, on the one hand, it got very boring, but on the other hand, we didn't overeat, we only ate because we were hungry after the sea. Got on the sea evening twice. I was hungry for the first time, never thought shrimp could be spoiled, it was very not tasty. The second time was better The restaurant's set menus were very pleasing. We went to Italy for my son's birthday. He was congratulated loudly and pleasantly. Thank you very much to the staff for this. The food was incredibly delicious. The Turkish left one disappointment, they went to the main restaurant. And here is the Asian one without any praise. The show was amazing, it was clear why it's so hard to get in. We got up at 6 o'clock at 2 in the morning to sign up, but it was worth it. The territory is very beautiful and clean. Every day all the paths were washed and cleaned They went from the sea to the room in a golf cart. It was very comfortable. A special low bow to the rescue team on the beach. Once we got caught in a strong current, and that day they weren't just pulling us out. The guys were very attentive and immediately pulled everyone out. Thanks to their vigilance, nothing happened to us. But it was very scary. It was very pleasing that I could go for a walk around the shops, there is everything and even more) The rooms are a bit worn out, although the hotel seems new. But I didn't even pay attention to that, since we came for the sea and the emotions. The sea is a separate kind of art. Rif is super! We went to Ras Mohammed and our reef was no worse! I especially remember the winglets, moray eels, and clownfish. For some reason, I couldn't find a photo of the children's room, it's very nice, share if you liked being there. There were certainly unpleasant moments, but we removed them from our memories and left only the very best. Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation."

"I liked the sea and its inhabitants. A good room and good cleaning. The gardeners' work is pleasing. The food was completely disliked: everything was oversalted and heavily seasoned with pepper, and also overcooked on the grill—just burnt crabs and chicken. The service also doesn't work very well: you have to wait for everyone and remind them repeatedly. No clear staff work. It is unclear why swimmers are forbidden to swim on a floating pontoon when there are constant lifeguards and buoys 🤷‍♀️ The lifeguards whistle non-stop, even though their job is not to whistle, but to know how to help in danger. On the second pontoon on the left, there is sometimes a strong current, and on the right - everything is calm. The question is: why not move the buoys to the right - into the safe zone? I didn't like the crowd in the very limited space of buoys, where everyone bumps into each other and gets in each other's way."
