"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 weeks stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean rooms. The entire resort was exceptionally well maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Everywhere was spotless, and it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining such a high standard.
What truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also had the pleasure of meeting some of the managers during our stay, and they were all incredibly lovely, approachable, and welcoming. They took the time to speak with guests, check that everything was going well, and it was clear they genuinely cared about creating the best possible experience for everyone. The bar teams, both around the hotel and at the beach, were outstanding. They were always cheerful, attentive, and worked extremely hard to make sure everyone was served quickly, even during busy times. They were brilliant at remembering what guests liked to drink and often had our usual drinks ready before we even asked. Their kindness, conversation, and attention to detail created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay.
The restaurant staff were equally exceptional. They were always professional, friendly, and hardworking. Tables were cleared quickly, drinks were served promptly, and they always made sure guests had everything they needed. Even during the busiest meal times, they remained organised, welcoming, and provided excellent service, making every dining experience enjoyable.
The food was another highlight of our stay. As this was an all-inclusive holiday, there was a fantastic variety of food available throughout the day, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The meals were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. There was always something different to enjoy, and it was clear that a lot of care went into both the preparation and presentation of the food.
The entertainment team were amazing and played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. From morning until evening, they brought so much energy and fun while always being friendly and approachable. We loved taking part in the pool parties, beach parties, foam parties, games, and many other activities they organised throughout the day. The evening entertainment was also brilliant, with great shows, music, dancing, and plenty of opportunities for everyone to join in. They were fantastic with the children too, making sure they felt included and had an amazing time.
The lifeguards at both the pool and beach were also excellent. They were always attentive, professional, and friendly, making guests feel safe while still creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The pool was stunning, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The beach was equally impressive, with staff working hard to keep it clean and tidy throughout the day. The sea was absolutely breathtaking—crystal clear and one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. If you enjoy snorkelling or scuba diving, I would highly recommend this hotel, as there is so much incredible marine life to discover. The diving centre also offers opportunities to experience scuba diving with a professional team.
I also visited the spa on three occasions during our stay, and every treatment was outstanding. The spa staff were welcoming, professional, and created a wonderfully relaxing experience every time.
The hotel also offers plenty of opportunities for adventure and exploring. On the beach, there is a team who can arrange exciting water sports and activities, including parasailing and other fun experiences. There is also an excursions team who can help book boat trips, scuba diving, desert safaris, and many other activities. Both teams were friendly, knowledgeable, and made organising these experiences simple and stress-free.
The hotel shops were also a great addition. You can buy snacks, drinks, souvenirs, gifts, beach essentials, and many other useful items without leaving the resort. The shop staff were brilliant too—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable without ever being pushy.
The location of the hotel is another huge advantage. Being right next to Soho Square was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery, lights, fountains, shops, markets, bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. There are also pharmacies and everything you may need close by, making the location extremely convenient.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, amazing food, and, above all, the exceptional staff made this an unforgettable experience. Every member of the team worked incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and looked after throughout their stay. I would happily return without hesitation and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable holiday in Egypt."
