"First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Elif from the reception team and Cüneyt Silme, Front Office Manager, for their professionalism, personal attention, and genuine commitment to making our stay even more enjoyable. Their care and willingness to help truly made a difference to our holiday. Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek is a relatively small resort, which we consider one of its advantages. The compact layout makes everything easily accessible and creates a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere without the long walking distances often found in larger resorts. The recently renovated rooms deserve special praise. They are in excellent condition, with high-quality materials and a distinctive, contemporary design. Of course, interior design is always a matter of personal taste, but we personally found the rooms both attractive and comfortable. During our stay, we experienced two different room categories: first a Standard Room and later a Laguna Suite. The Laguna Suite particularly impressed us with its privacy. The positioning of the suite and the layout of its pool area are thoughtfully designed to provide excellent privacy from neighbouring guests. This creates a wonderful sense of seclusion, which we particularly appreciate during a relaxing holiday. The food in the main restaurant was of consistently good quality, with a satisfying selection of dishes. We also appreciated the selection and quality of alcoholic beverages included in the All Inclusive concept, which were very respectable for a resort of this category. There are, however, a couple of areas where improvements would be welcome. The choice of à la carte restaurants is rather limited, and not all of them are open every evening. For a hotel of this standard, a wider selection of dining options would certainly enhance the overall experience. Another minor inconvenience was the availability of sun loungers on the beach. At times, finding a vacant lounger directly on the beach was difficult, although we had no such problems on the pier. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek. The beautifully renovated rooms, comfortable atmosphere, good food, and quality beverages make it an appealing choice, especially for guests who prefer a more intimate resort rather than a large, busy hotel. We would particularly recommend the Laguna Suite to guests who value privacy, comfort, and relaxation. "This was our second time staying at The Dome Belek, and once again, we had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the food is excellent, and everything is spotless and very well maintained. The staff are attentive, professional, and always make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Cüneyt, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a polite, professional, and welcoming attitude. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, another wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended!"

"We had a really great vacation, even if we were not 100 percent satisfied with everything. For example, the cabanas on the jetty and on the beach look pretty in the photos from the hotel, but you can only use them if you pay dearly for them. They cost between 100 and 150 euros a day! The food was really good overall and if you didn't like something, you just got something else. With the table wines, however, there was unfortunately a lot of room for improvement... And the attire of some guests at dinner really bothered us. What might be just about okay at lunch is really impossible in the evening. Sleeveless t-shirt, swim trunks, and flip-flops on men's feet are just not okay then, and it would be really urgently necessary for the hotel management to keep an eye on that. Other hotels manage to do it! But for all that, a dreamlike pool area and the consistently friendly staff really compensated us. We would definitely come back."
