"Poor hygiene of staff blowing there noses thentouching food Cats everywhere in the restaurant over the food and plates Food not covered up dried out food absolutely minging Didn't eat a proper meal since arriving If you have fussy eaters children you will struggle for food unless you like pizza and burgers that are luke warm if not cold Staff sweating all over you food and wiping there heads with there hands and not washing them. Cats weeing and pooing everywhere witnessed one cat pooing in the sand and covering it up. And another spraying it's wee in the hotel Main restaurant is so unhygienic 🤮O RATING...... all of the above really let this hotel down....... Positives pool area was nice Absolutely huge pool was amazing freezing but was fine once in Plenty sunbeds didn't struggle to get 3 at a time for the family Waterpark area for kids is very good kept it open longer Little eateries down near the pool where ok to get you through the day other wise you would be coming home 3 stone lighter with not eating at all bar areas full of wasps Cocktails where good Entertainment shows what we seen of them for first couple days where very good Halloween for the kids was very good Backstreet bar needs chairs so people can actually sit down 🙈 Shuttlebus to the beach is 5 minutes away Beach is good you can do watersports there Everything is very expensive be careful what you pay Hotel shop is absolutely ridiculous lilos 100 euros absolute joke who the hell would pay that 🙄 Some staff are miserable one told us she didn't like working there Room was nice and spacious nice pool view cleaned every day fresh drinks given to you . Walls are paper thin can hear everything next door Definitely not a 5 star would not return"

"We stayed fir 10 days. Hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, very clean The mini bar does not stock coke zero and I had to ask every day for this which they did bring once I requested it. The snack bars by the pool are brilliant and cater for everyone. The beach is 10 minutes away with plenty of free coaches to take you and collect you a very good service. Beach towels are provided at every pool and also for the beach. Not sure if I would like to be here at high season it might just be too many people which is why we come out of season and the weather is still hot. The children's clubs are very good and are open until 11pm . We will definitely make a return visit"
