"We are spending the last few days at this hotel with two families with children aged 2-15, and overall we liked the hotel.
At first, I got the impression that the hotel was geared towards seniors: I haven't seen this many elderly people anywhere else. But then I realized that large families often come here—from toddlers to grandmothers and grandfathers. Almost everyone we talked to at this hotel wasn't there for the first time: some for the third time, some for the fifth, and some even for the tenth. It is amazing to me how one can drive to the same place again and again. What's so good about it?
First, nutrition. It is worthy and diverse—there is always something new to try. The hotel is well-suited to the tastes of Russian-speaking guests: the menu includes familiar dishes—borscht, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, aspic—alongside Turkish and European cuisine. The food is not palatable.
I will separately note the drinks and desserts. The cocktails are good, I liked the strawberry mojito. Bartenders try and make drinks not only tasty but also beautiful. There are two coffee shops/confectioneries that serve Starbucks coffee. At the bar by the sea—excellent red fish. The ice cream was also a treat: both scoopable and in packs—you can get it anytime, it's available 24 hours a day.
Someone wrote about the lack of welcome drinks: before check-in, we drank delicious lemonade at the reception and opened a bottle of champagne—all of this was prepared and waiting for guests at the entrance. The bar is replenished daily.
Secondly, animation and staff work. Everything here is unobtrusive and very cultured: no one nags or calls out: "Let's go dancing," "Let's take a photo," "Book a massage." It all depends on the guest's mood: if you want to participate in programs, you can easily find activities; if you don't want to, no one will bother you.
There will be an activity for everyone's taste: dancing, team contests, tennis, basketball, football, ping-pong, volleyball, darts, archery. The animation is not as active as in some other hotels, but it is enough to create a relaxed and casual atmosphere. I especially liked the contest by the pool: they inflate a trampoline and offer a course of obstacles. The husband, son, and children happily played water polo.
The spa area is really good, I really really liked the spa at this hotel. Hammams, saunas, and Turkish baths are included in the vacation. It's visible that Spa has recently been renovated: there is a cozy and stylish atmosphere in the wabi-sabi style. Nearby is an indoor pool and water park.
A separate infrastructure has been thought out for toddlers: their own water park and zone, a children's club, a playground, and special animation.
The "Deluxe" building is located on the second line—it's quieter, less crowded, and in my opinion, the atmosphere is more beautiful. The complex has its own restaurant, swimming pool, spa area, and gym. But I liked the spa in the main building more. Deluxe gave me a detached feeling, still, the main body is livelier.
The hotel is large, and you have to walk a lot through its "labyrinths"—that tires you out. But it's a good way to burn off the calories gained at lunch :)
The evening entertainment program is very worthy. Shows take place every day - dance, acrobatic, circus; good ensembles come. In addition, the hotel hosts karaoke, has a disco every day, and live music performances. In general, there are enough entertainments—I don't really want to go out somewhere extra. Thanks for not having boring drunken contests like "Mr. and Miss Hotel." This is another level of entertainment. 2-3 programs in the evening (show, disco, karaoke, or live music performance, pianist in the lobby bar).
Another plus is the atmosphere for communication. Many return here precisely because of her. Children quickly find friends, teenagers gather in groups, go for walks, go sledding, and swim. Adults socialize in bars, drinking cocktails. About 95% of the guests at the hotel are Russian-speaking, and everything here is tailored for them. Sometimes it even seems like you are not in Turkey, but in Anapa.
A hotel without pretense—simple and, I would say, intelligent.
I want to express special thanks to the entire hotel team. The employees are clearly busy with their work: if it rains, guys immediately appear to clean the water off the floor and hand out raincoats. The work of maids, waiters, and bartenders is all coordinated. Everyone speaks Russian and sincerely tries to make the vacation pleasant.
By the way, the beach with the blue flag. The entry into the sea is sharp. There is a convenient pier.
The pools are actually heated, thanks for that separately.
The price for the vacation is not the lowest, but in my opinion, it is worth it."
