Hari Club Beach Resort

"We stayed at the Hari club over Christmas and new year. The hotel was clean and close to the beach. The indoor pool was great and the spa was reasonably priced with various packages available. We had a sauna/seaweed wrap/ scrub and body massage that we highly recommend. There were tennis courts and crazy golf available that were well maintained. The room had a free safe, hairdryer, fridge, shower gel/soap and shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily by the very hard working cleaners. There were plenty of sun beds and sofas to relax on. Alcoholic drinks were ok and there were cocktails as part of the AI. The food was a little hit and miss but we didn’t go hungry. There were always salads, cheese, soup and fresh bread. Omelettes and pancakes/doughnuts were popular at breakfast time. The staff were friendly and attentive at mealtimes. The toilets were immaculate. The security guard in the daytime was amazing and always asked us how we were- he is a real credit to your hotel and made us feel very welcome with his happy outlook. However, the entertainment was poor and sparse. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The shower leaked and the water temperature wasn’t always constant. The towels were of a very poor quality in our opinion. The coffee wasn’t great and there were chipped and cracked crockery and glasses. Only 6 coat hangers in the wardrobe and the bathroom walls had been poorly painted. We booked a quad trip from the hotel for 1hr30 which disappointingly only lasted 1 hour as we were taken for a cafe break and hung around at the blue lagoon(basically a big puddle) waiting for smokers. The biggest let down is the area around the hotel, beaches covered in heaps of seaweed, glass and rubbish. Derelict buildings and hotels made some areas feel like a war zone. There were stray dogs and cats hanging around and some were friendly. The sea was too cold to swim in but we did go in briefly. This is definitely not the worst hotel that we have stayed in and with some tweaks it could be much better. We would not stay again but maybe if you are looking for somewhere to relax around the pool and use the spa this could work for you. Maybe in the summer they make more of an effort to comb the beaches and clean up the rubbish??"

"We arrived here 30th dec 2025 still currently here i could of cried the first night as i had booked a family room 5 of us two adults 3 children ages 14 12 10 i was given 2 seperate rooms and was told 2 adults and child 10 in one and 14 and 12 year old too share i argued the toss however it was late so we all slept in one roombin the morning this was resolved with easy jet and a guy called dee we got upgraded too a family suite perfect for my family well so i thought tonight my 14 year old daugter went too have a shower heard screams and glass break the shower screen had shattered really can my family take anymore on going too reception and showing pictures my daughter had iodine put on her cuts no checks if glass was still in there or anything taking it further deffo not ac4 star hotel more like needs closing down"

"Firstly I cant thank the hotel enough for helping me with my engagement to my partner you truly made it amazing . The hotel is really lovely and we had such a good time I want to thank all the bar staff for always being so helpful. To Joe and the team you lot are legends and work so hard well done . And to kazim you sir are a fantastic man and a true asset to not on the hotel but tunisia in itself"
